Two (2) large apts on Deep Creek that sleeps 12 in total. Property is situated ideally between the town of Bryson City on one side and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on the other. Both the National Park and Bryson City are roughly a mile from the home.

The listing is for 2 private apartments that each sleep 6. Both apartments are accessed by entrance doors on the front porch so this idea for large parties or multiple families who want both a little privacy and to hang out.r>
Each Apartment Sleeps 6. Apartment #1, which is accessed by the double french doors, has 2 Bedrooms each with a King Bed. In the living room there is a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed underneath it that rolls out.

Apartment #1 has a large bathroom which has 2 vanities, 1 walk-in tile shower, 1 shower tub combo, and a toilet. The vanities are on opposite sides. The walk-in shower & toilet are in the middle and the shower/tub combo is on the side with smaller vanity. There is a private half bath as well.

The other apartment, Apartment #2 is accessed by the single door in the porch picture that is trimmed in brown. Apartment #2 has a master bedroom with a king bed. There is a private bathroom attached to the master bedroom which has a jacuzzi tub that has been converted to a shower, vanity , and toilet. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom.

There is another smaller bedroom with a full bed. In the living room there is a twin daybed with a roll out twin trundle bed underneath it. There is another bathroom in the hallway which has a shower/tub combo along with vanity and toilet. This apartment also has a private deck on the back side of the house.

Both apartments have full kitchens with refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. There is also basic pots/pans and kitchen utensils and more than enough silverware and plates/bowls/cups.

Large spacious front porch with several rocking chairs. Guests renting the home will have 6 private parking spaces, 2 of the 6 spaces are under a metal carport. Guests will not have access to the garage as it has, unfortunately, become my families storage unit.

Home site on a flat 1 acre piece of land with plenty of yard for games and other fun outdoor activities. The local rec park is a less than a qtr mile away which has a public pool, skate park, walking trails, basketball courts, ball fields, and nice playground.

The house is situated ideally between the town of Bryson City/Train and the National Park with tubing, waterfalls, and trails. Downtown Bryson City is less than a mile from the home and the National Park is roughly a mile.

The garage and a small studio apartment behind it are not included. I use the garage for storage and man managing the property uses it for laundry. The studio apt behind the garage is totally separate from the main part of the house and its two large apts. I use the studio apt some and sometimes have friends and family stay there. During peak times we sometimes rent it.

    This rental was perfect for a large family or group of couples. We stayed the weekend for polar express. We did not have a great experience with polar express. But the home was great. Very clean and comfy.

    The place was nice. Their message says they’re new to renting. Out suggestions: 1. Keep yard mowed, especially when families with kids are renting. It’s a great play area. 2. Need better beds/mattresses. 3. A paint job in rooms and roof of patio would present better. 4. Wasp nest on patio rail, so spray where marked. We had a good time!
