Decorator Furnished Doll House with wide water views

The house was exactly as advertised. Thought the hot tub had an issue at first, but then realized I just didn’t know how to turn it on. It worked great. Kids caught many fish right off the dock. A trip to remember!

Everything about the house is exactly as we hoped. Roominess was perfect for our family especially with our 3 yoa grandson who just couldn’t get enough of the pool. He even caught a few fish off the dock. Very nice to have the parking pass for the beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Only couple recommendations would be to let renters know ahead that cat or dog use premises as animal hair stuck to our dinner clothes and allergies were irritated. Also the beach cart which is very handy but the one wheel kept falling off and eventually had to just fold it up and carry everything. Aside from these couple things it was an amazing place and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

The property is in a good location and was clean. However, the jacuzzi did not work. They tried to fix it but the pool company said the equipment was old and they couldn’t get the parts. This house was not a designer home. The mattresses need to be replaced, the bedding was old so this home needs several updates to be considered an excellent property. We have rented several Vrbo homes and this is the first one that we were disappointed with.

Nice size with nice amenities. Location is great; close to beach and dining. Everything is close on the Island! Traffic has definitely increased since our last trip to Marco, is the only negative.

I had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend renting this home on Marco Island. The house is beautiful and located in a great location to access shopping, dining, and public beach access.

No instructions on operating pool or Nest thermostat.

We had a great 10 day visit to Marco Island. The house is very clean, the outside space is wonderful and would highly recommend staying here. In the garage was bikes, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. We felt right and home and can't wait to go back!

The location was great, with easy bike access to beaches and restaurants along Collier. Having beach chairs and beach towels for use was a plus, although a beach umbrella (to carry with you) and a small cooler to take to the beach would be a good add. The master bedroom is perfect, but if it’s 2 couples traveling together, be ready to draw straws on who gets the better end of the deal. The queen bed (as listed) is more like a double bed.

We had the best time at this home and was perfect for our family. The home was very well done with everything we could have asked for. If you’re looking for a rental in Marco Island, look no further.
