We loved the Christmas decorations!3 bedrooms were all comfortable. The bed in the master room is soft but we still slept well.We really liked the open common areas. Setup for watching TV was great, which was important for us on a college football weekend.Quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed a morning walk every day and even saw deer. Just a 2 minute drive to Main Street and about 20 minutes from wineries, Luckenbach, etc. We did not cook but kitchen looked like it was equipped for most cooking needs. Plenty of glassware. We could not have a fire due to a burn ban but the outdoor area is nice and we enjoyed sitting out there. Host was easy to contact and when we thought we had a maintenance issue on a Sunday they were ready to send someone out. We have always had good experiences with properties managed by Absolute Charm and would definitely stay at Decor Haus again.

Very nice house - met all of our needs

This is our 2nd time to stay at Decor Haus in Fredericksburg. We love the house! Clean, nice decor and we love the king beds in each bedroom. We enjoy the outdoor space as well! Great place to stay!

We loved everything about the house. Clean and accurately described. The neighborhood was so peaceful and we even had a deer come into the back yard one morning. It was great. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Suer amazing stay clean house with everything you could want or need

Beautiful weekend spent with my adult daughter! We absolutely loved the home! It was clean, well maintained with everything that we needed to create the perfect weekend. So close to downtown shopping while being located in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfy! We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and nice. Air conditioning not working like it should. The master bedroom was warm and had to use extra fan that was available. So we switched to extra bedroom the last night and had to use fan again. Hopefully it will be fixed before any new guests arrive.

Lovely property! Enjoyed that all the bedrooms had king sized beds. We would like to stay there again.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Decor Haus. This time there were 6 in our group and the home was perfect. Everyone loved the home and wants to definitely stay here again. Very comfortable for 6 people. Beds were comfortable and the living area had plenty of room to hang out. Not far from town in a very quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to stay here again.

Stayed at the Decor Haus March 15-17, 2024 and our stay couldn't have been better. I brought friends for their first ever trip to Fredericksburg and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing home to stay in. Everything about the home was perfect. Beds very comfortable, very roomy and the fire pit was an added bonus. Highly recommend staying in this home. *****

A few friends and I booked this house as a getaway for my 40th birthday and a retreat before the craziness of spring sports. The house was clean, well-stocked and absolutely perfect. We sat on the back patio and had morning coffee and there was plenty of couch space for afternoon book reading or lounging. It was also a great space to drink wine together after dinner. SO close to town but far enough away to not hear the noise! We would recommend this house and will look for it to book again!

The Decor Haus was the just perfect! Updated decor. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of amenities. Well stocked! Quiet neighborhood just minutes from Main Street. Would definitely recommend for a couples weekend!
