Stayed Nov 26, 2025We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. We had lots of people so the two living areas were a big bonus. The owners were very approachable and caring. That's definitely a plus when renting!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The host was quick to respond to questions. This is a great place for a family, the beds in the bunk room are definitely for kids and not comfortable for adults. The house has everything you need to cook. It is close to the university which was perfect for the Shakespeare festival.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025This was the perfect location and perfect house for me and some of my extended family to stay during our annual Shakespeare Festival trip. Beds were great, the kids loved the love sac, and Matthew was awesome to work with on a late checkout. Super easy check in and check out, would definitely stay again!

Stayed May 29, 2025Great place to rest on our trip. House was good, back yard needed to be mowed and grass was so tall that you didn't really want to use it. Other than that, the house was very nice.
