Deck, Hot Tub, Views! Reunion Retreat in Ozarks

The House was GREAT! So many levels and areas that it was easy to find peace when needed. The views are Amazing! Paul was very accommodating as well. Would book again.

House was great! Offered plenty of space, worked really well for my dad who is wheelchair bound in the upper house. He enjoyed not having to worry about going up and down stairs. Hot tub was great in the evening after hiking at Ha Ha Tonka park. Paul came everyday to take the trash and always was there if you needed anything. Beds were probably the most comfortable that I have had in a Vrbo property. Would highly recommend this property! Views were amazing. Thanks for a great stay

What a good time our family had. Grandpa, 5 kids and spouses, 5 grandkids and 2 additional guests. Found the place extremely clean and extremely comfortable. One of the kids is a restaurant owner and he was surprised at how well the kitchen was equipped. Driveway was steep but that makes for part of our memories. Interaction with Paul was great. You deserve more than a 5-star rating.

FANTASTIC place. The host was incredible to communicate with. Responded asap for the minor issue we had. Fixed it asap. Plenty of room for all 16 people. I highly recommend this place. Had everything needed to prepare Thanksgiving meal. We never left the house all weekend. Not a single problem.

Property was spacious and kitchen was well-appointed. Spent a lot of time on the decks watching the sun set. This place is perfect for large families.

The property was amazing for a family with adult children who all wanted their own room. Kitchen great with the island counter. Steep walk to dock, but that didn't keep us away. Host (Paul) was so great! Answered the phone every time i called, came quickly when needed. He even allowed our 2 Great Pyrenees. Seriously a great place to come back to.

The property was an excellent location on the lake, 2 boat slips, a game room with a golf sim. Paul (host) was super nice and inviting and showed us around the house when we got there. It was the perfect place for a big group of friends to get together and a beautiful view of the lake. Would highly recommend this for big friend/family groups

What an amazing home!!! Amenities, location and plenty of room to spread out for 2 large families! Much to our suprise there was the main lower house and an adjoining upper home. The game room was the highlight for our families! There was plenty of room for our family reunion of 17 - ranging in age from 10 to 87! And the view from the deck was pretty spectacular. Paul (the owner) was great to work with and attentive to any issues that we had. The kitchen was well equipped and the game room, complete with golf simulator, was a big hit. There were a few quirky things - like the shower control in the master bath - but Paul was good at explaining the routine. We did not use the hot tub so I cannot comment on that. The house sits up relatively high so it is an incline to get up and down to the dock. Everything you might need or want to see is about 20 minutes away.

Paul was a great host, just a phone call away! He was very helpful with any and all questions. His place couldn’t have been more perfect. We are a family of 18 and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 laundry rooms plus an ice maker that we used daily. The boat sock was lots of fun, lily pads to play on, we had 6 kids under 8 so it was great. We’ll definitely be back, thanks Paul

Keeping it short and sweet. The place is absolutely perfect! Ubers are 15mins away so plan accordingly but holy smokes I’m going back there!!

The houses and property is so nice. Very clean and stocked very nicely. All you need to bring is food. We loved having so much space inside and outside. Paul was there every morning to take the trash and check the hot tub. The morning we left, Paul was there to drain and clean the hot tub for the next booking! The game room was so fun. The golf simulator and ping pong table were used daily and sure enjoyed being able to use them. The dock was so fun for the kiddos and has a nice area for them to play in the water. Having the dock for our boat worked out well. Enjoyed fishing on the dock and there was plenty of space for relaxing. We have already booked next years stay at this wonderful place.

We had a large group of 17 adults. The property has plenty of space for us to be together but also room to spread out. The sunset was gorgeous. Location is quite a ways from the dam area. Thankfully there were plenty of lake locations near the house. Property owner was amazing. Highly recommend this property. We would go back!

The houses were outstanding. Plenty of space for our big family. The houses were very clean and very well stocked kitchens. Paul was there daily to pickup trash and check on the hot tub. The morning we left Paul was there to drain and clean the hot tub for the next booking. The golf simulator and ping pong table were a huge hit. The boat dock was very nice and plenty of room for us to hang out and the kids to play in the water. The view from the decks was fantastic! There were plenty of refrigerators and an ice machine, which were very nice to have for our use. We will be rebooking for our 2026 vacation at the ozarks!

This was our annual Family vacation. Paul is so welcoming and helpful. The house is very spacious and accommodating. There is 17 in our party. Everyone had a great time. The fishing is great and we had a fish fry, our last night. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Such a fun quiet and comfortable stay Paul was very attentive without being underfoot Everyone was so happy and impressed!

Paul was very accommodating and took care of us with the snow on the ground. Made sure everything was taken care of for us and provided plenty of ice melt. Made for a wonderful birthday celebration for my wife.

Paul was very accommodating, friendly and an interesting guy. He welcomed us and asked that if we have any concerns, just call. He spoke with my brother (in-law) and gave him some pointers on fishing. The accommodations were clean. The kitchen had everything convenience and utensil to make our stay . The inclines of the driveways were a challenge. I had trouble negotiating it in the dark and did some damage. I called Paul to tell him about it and assure I will make restitution, but he was unavailable. If you are interested in staying here, you will not be disappointed. Thanx, Paul! I look forward to hearing from you about the damage and how much I owe.

The homes, grounds, and dock were top notch. The golf simulator was a HUGE hit. You won't be disappointed.

This was the perfect spot for a large family vacation! Clean, great layout and great amenities. Plenty of parking. We loved all the separate living areas and the game area in the garage. Beautiful sunsets from the porch! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return!

What a perfect home! We had 16 of us and 2 puppers! This house accommodated us all perfectly. The view of the lake from the balcony was breath taking. Had olenty of floats for family time in the lake. Close enough to sightseeing but far enough to be tucked away from it all! If you have a big family and need the space for all....this is the house. Plus Paul the was always available for any questions or concerns.

The house worked great for out large family of 18 and pet Corgi. The property owner was available and helpful. He makes sure everything is in great condition. This was our 3rd Ozarks vacation and this was the best house!

Our multi-family vacation at this property did not disappointed! The home is built for entertainment, taking in the beautiful views, with so many options for both group and personal spaces. With multiple levels it was perfect for our large family to set up in their own unique areas and come together for meals both inside and outside. The large dock offered us a great opportunity to swim daily with room to spare. The bedroom and bathroom accommodations are lovely and all mattresses were extremely comfortable. There are multiple kitchens, laundry, and outdoor spaces. Owner, Paul, was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this property.
