Stayed Oct 18, 2024Great location with a boat ramp close by. Property was easy to get too and was exactly as described. Beautiful sunsets on the back porch. Couldnt ask for a better spot to relax after a long day of kayak fishing.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024We were in town for our son’s wedding in Temple, and the location of the home was so perfect—it was beautiful and peaceful. The lake and wildlife were enjoyed each day from the back deck. The house had space for our family visits, and the furniture was very comfy! We slept very well, and had a lovely stay!

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with our family. The teens loved staying in the cottage and having their own space. The back deck area was lovely and well-shaded by a big oak tree, so we could sit outside without being in the direct hot sun. The view of the lake was spectacular, and we saw lots of deer. The lake was up very high and we were able to swim in the water. The home is well equipped and we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. The AC runs like a champ and we were pleased to have a nice cool respite indoors after being outside in the extreme humidity and heat. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and not a lot of traffic, even on a holiday weekend. We never heard any loud music or dogs barking or any other nuisance noises. The homeowner was also communicative with questions we had. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we are visiting the area again.
