✷ Dazzling Downtown Deco ✷ 2 BD 1 BA Home

Great property! The house is very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a football weekend and visit with our college student. Everything was within a 10-15 drive. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts responded quickly and were very nice. Will definitely stay here again!

The owner was very responsive. The house inside is decorated well. Plus they had all the amenities you could need. You do have to drive into town but in 10 minutes you are near the campus. Nothing is walkable but if you have a car then the spot is great. I would definitely return. Thank you so much for your lovely home.

The house is beautifully decorated! It didn’t feel like we were staying in a vacation rental. Everything we needed was provided, the hosts provided the information we needed in a timely manner, and the info book was also very helpful!

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. Overall, it was a nice place; however, the cleanliness was unfortunately not great. The hosts were very friendly, and we truly appreciated their hospitality.

Stayed here for the Palmeto Bowl with my family. Close to everything and communicating with host was easy

Outside review: the neighborhood’s appearance will give 1st impression that it is a bad area. When I saw the Road Closed barricade and raggedy streets I almost said forget it. When you pull up to the house it is very dark. BUT the neighborhood is just old and worn it’s not bad at all. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful every night. I would suggest a sensor spot light for driveway just because it’s so dark. Don’t let the looks of the neighborhood turn you off it’s really peaceful and safe. The location is great to get to anything. Inside review: the house is warm and cozy with modern day features. Check in is great plenty of fresh towels and little extras. Bedrooms are large and spacious. Eating area and living room are spacious. House looks small from outside but is very spacious plenty of room for a group of 4-5 to stay and be comfortable.

Perfect home base for USC based activities for your family. Host was super responsive and the interior or home is comfy and well decorated.

This home is well decorated and appointed. Very clean and comfortable (loved the beds!). Communication was wonderful and the location was ideal for moving our student into the dorm at USC would stay here again.
