Stayed Sep 12, 2024Such a precious house in a great community! We never took the golf cart out just because of the rainy weather, but you could definitely take it to the local restaurants and we saw lots of others doing it. We were in town for a conference, so we didn’t have much time at the house but it was perfect for our long breaks and for coming together in the living room area before going to sleep. The host kept contact with me before and during our stay, and was very friendly and sweet. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if we make it back to the Tampa area!

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Stayed for 5 nights in August as we were moving our son into the University. I was not familiar with Davis Island before this so I took a chance. We were pleasantly surprised with the area and location to everything. The home was absolutely perfect ! Exceeded our expectations! Fully stocked, very clean! Decorated to make you feel at home! Thank you! We will definitely return!
