Stayed Sep 19, 2024Recently remodeled , this semi-basement apartment unit was light and airy, lovely and roomy. We had parking in the garage or on the street. Close walk to restaurants and shops. Safe neighborhood. Nick, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. Lovely place and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 19, 2024Great! Nice quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to Denver attractions. Thank you for the comfortable accommodations. Only suggestion, completely clean the inside of the washing machine and keep the door open to allow it to completely dry and stay free of mildew smells.

Stayed Apr 19, 2023My family and I traveled to Colorado to visit hospitalized family and having this beautiful house really helped brighten the trip and make us feel at home! The owners were friendly and accommodating; the home was clean and had everything we needed for a month. It was also close to the great strand of shops and restaurants on 32nd, so we enjoyed walks every day and grabbing coffee at the local cafes. I would definitely recommend this property and rent it for any future trips! Thank you!

Stayed Jun 1, 2023It is well furnished. Beds are comfortable. Towels are new. Nice working shower with good water pressure. Has AC but when it first kicks on there is a strange noise and it can startle you. Ice machine in refrigerator is not working. I just bought bags of ice. You can hear the neighbors that live upstairs. There is a nice shed out back that has a lock where I stored my bike safely. The owner has taken great care in keeping this place new and well stocked.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022This property has a lot of positives. One is that it is a phenomenal location on a safe and quiet street with almost no traffic. Parking on the street is always plentiful however there is a shared garage and parking pad off the alley. The garage is a tad small and our 4Runner barely fit. Any vehicle with a luggage rack probably would not fit. The location is also a short walking distance to all the activities on 32nd Ave. (Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping). This is the lower level of a two level VRBO so you may have folks living above you. The covered patio now has new furniture and is an excellent location for meetings and reading or just relaxing. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Denver.

Stayed Dec 2, 2019Nick's place was clean and comfortable, well furnished kitchen, the extra bedroom was nice, great location near LoDo, Highlands, and Sloan's Lake. Great shopping within walking distance on 32nd Street. Would recommend to people I know.

Stayed May 13, 2019The location of this property, the cleanliness and quality of the appliances and furniture, as well as the excellent interaction with the owners make this a highly desirable rental. We spent 4 months in this unit and could not have been happier. Access to the shops and restaurants on 32nd street is great yet the rental location is on a relatively quiet street with plenty of parking. Can not say even good things about our experience.

Stayed Sep 24, 2018We (a couple) were fortunate to rent this home while our own home was being remodeled. The interior is attractive after being recently completely redone, and well-furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one King bed, one Queen), and one bath with tub and shower. There is a computer work station in the living room. This unit is good for couples,families and business travelers. WiFi and cable services are supplied. We stayed in the lower unit which has large windows and lots of light. There is one garage space included (alley access), as well as available street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, lots of families and young professionals. The home is located within walking distance of the central Highlands neighborhood hub, with shopping and restaurants.Also, to the south is Sloan Lake park, great for walking, biking, etc. There is a small Denver rec center nearby as well. Downtown Denver and access to I-25 is about a five minute drive away. We only had a minor issue with a plumbing fixture during our stay, which Nick repaired. He was always available by phone or text and worked with us to extend our stay as needed. I highly recommend this unit for your Denver area stay.
