Stayed Sep 16, 2022A very enjoyable stay .House was terrific .Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils , glassware ,pots pans etc .Beds were comfy lovely grounds . Our only negative was a step at the back door area was quite uneven and caused our grandaughter to slip ,not once but twice .She had a sore rib area from falling .Step needs to be replaced

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is an outstanding property that has retained its practical appeal though over 100 years old. The important areas, especially the kitchen, bathrooms and heating have been updated and the classic features well maintained.
