Danville Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Cozy Fireplace!

The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed.

Cleanliness could use improvement. Kitchen oven and cooktop area need cleaned. Microwave, toaster & coffee pot needed cleaned.

My stay was from December 24-26. The stay was wonderful.

House was spacious and comfortable. Especially enjoyed cozy family room with fireplace. Cleanliness could be improved.

Beautiful house, great location. Perfect for a large family or group. Short drive to the casino. 2 min walk to a great wine / coffee shop with great food.

The house was awesome. Beds were super comfortable. There were 8 of us but you couldn’t hear that anyone else was even in the house. You can tell the neighborhood is coming along and this house is one of the first one to renovate. It had a great den with large tv and every bedroom had a tv which we love.

We chose this house because it was less than comparable hotels for the number of beds we needed and the accomodations allowed us to have meals and evenings together in a warm and cozy setting. The house was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. The Dining room was delightful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The stay was refreshing and renewing. Thank you!

My sisters, cousins, nieces and friends had a wonderful ladies weekend. The house is beautiful and has wonderful amenities. Looking forward to another stay in the future. Water pressure is a little weak and sink drained slowly in one of the bathrooms. But that did not lessen our fun time at the house and around town. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms and living areas for family to spend time together. Very clean and neat. We enjoyed having coffee together on the spacious front porch in the morning. Excellent location and within walking distance to a coffee/wine cafe.

House is lovely with the right mix of period and modern furniture. Very well stocked with plenty of everything. Comfortable beds. Needs a bigger trash can in kitchen and another large can for the garbage. We would come again.

The house was decorated beautifully, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We especially loved the treats in the welcome basket. It's close to the casino or a stroll through town. It was perfect and memorable. We would stay there again. We had one small issue that was resolved by the host immediately.

Love Love love the home and the decor. This beautiful home accommodated 10 adults very comfortably. I will highly recommend this location and plan to rent it again for future family gathering in the area. Only complaint would be need more light by back steps as you are walking up from parki g. Other than that well lit everywhere else.. we felt very safe as well.

All bedrooms upstairs. Well appointed residence. Downstairs has plenty of spaces for meetings, activities. Would rent again.

We had a great experience in this home. There was plenty of comfortable spaces to enjoy, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean towels and other necessities, coffee pods and shelf stable cream, and lots of entertainment options. The game room also has a bed making this more of a five bedroom home. My teen lived upstairs in the game room with its own private full bathroom. The coffee shop is only two blocks away and had excellent food and beverage choices. There were minor maintenance issues in which the owner was quick to inform me about and resolve before I even noticed there was an issue. I will rent this home again next time we visit friends in Danville, VA.

Our group of four retired ladies very much enjoyed our stay at this updated Victorian home. We used the spacious dining room for meals, the front living room for afternoon get-togethers and the relaxing den with leather seating to chat and watch TV. With large bedrooms located on the upper two floors, and bathrooms on all 3 floors, we felt there was more than enough room for our group to get ready for outings. We had a terrific lunch at the coffee, sandwich and wine bar within walking distance, and we’re happy to visit the nearby local history and art museum. While we enjoyed the home’s front porch seating a couple of times, unfortunately, the weather was too warm for us to use the hot tub on the back deck. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a well-kept, comfy property.

Lovely historical home in sweet, quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, fun game room, perfect for family get away.

I had a funeral in a local town that was 21 miles away and there isn't any hotels near by, sothis one appeared on the listing. It was just what we needed and more. Very updated andclean. The rooms are large and equipped with all necessities. The kitchen was awesome because we don't like eating out a lot, so cooking was a pleasure. Also it has lots of space for kids and teenagers to hang out or have privacy. My husband even found his private man roo. ! WE loved it and will use on our next visit to Danville....
