For Guests sleeping over here is what can be set up for you. Customized depending on your group size. No outside bedding is permitted. Hosts provide everything including bedding and towels for all Guests. Full disclosure policy on the numbers of people on the property.

Three bedrooms and three full baths:
Bedroom#3 (Master) with 1 Luxury Queen Memory Foam Bed, 1 child bed, 2 twin airbeds (this room with en-suite Master bathroom);
Bedroom #2 with 1 Full size bed, up to 2 twin airbeds;
Bedroom #1 with 1 Luxury Queen Pillow-top bed, 1 twin, 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-size trundle bed, and up to 2 air mattresses.
(air mattresses are provided upon request as needed for larger groups including up to 5-6 in large living/dining area).

- Full disclosure policy required on number of overnight guests and number of visitors on the property to be in compliance with local laws, Vrbo policy, and house rules.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security surveillance cameras. These devices are monitored and recording video and audio activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy as there are NO cameras in any inside areas and NO cameras in the outside private back patio and backyard areas. There are two exterior monitored security cameras located on the east and west side of the property mounted on two structures, both pointing toward the front gate which is the only property access point, (again, no cameras in any inside nor private back patio spaces, as we respect the privacy of guests).

We understand accidental damages sometimes occurs but the good news is you’re covered by a Damage Protection Policy included with every one of our Vrbo reservations! Please be sure to accurately, promptly, and responsibly report any damages incurred during your stay. You paid a Damage Protection Fee which covers 100% up to $3000 or $5000 (depending on the coverage secured) of all accidental damages with zero deductible and does not go on any public insurance records against you in any way. Hosts file the claim, which you verify happened, and the costs of repairs and replacements are sent directly to the Host.
