I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022We absolutely loved the house. It was in a nice neighborhood and it was close to downtown. The only issue we had was the water was a little cold for a shower.

Stayed Aug 16, 2022My company was in Nashville to attend a convention. Me, my husband and coworkers stayed in the home and it met all our needs. The home was cleaned and well stocked. Communication with Eric was easy he answered almost immediately. We will be returning next year for the same convention I hope this property is still available.
