Welcome to Cypress 4, a spacious Sunriver retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and making the most of time together. Set on a quiet, kid-friendly street on the north end of Sunriver, this 7-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests and offers the kind of thoughtful layout that makes group travel feel easy.

Spend the morning sipping coffee on the patio, the afternoon biking Sunriver’s scenic paths or heading to SHARC, and the evening soaking in the private hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. With multiple living spaces, a gas fireplace, games, bikes, and room for everyone to spread out, this home is made for family reunions, multi-family stays, and memory-filled Central Oregon getaways.

The Space

Inside, Cypress 4 offers generous gathering spaces with the comfort and flexibility large groups need. The main living room features plenty of seating, a large Smart TV with cable, Blu-ray and DVD player, a selection of DVDs, puzzles, and a gas fireplace for cool Sunriver evenings.

A separate family room/7th bedroom, gives guests another place to unwind, watch a movie, play games, or enjoy a round of cards at the game table. This setup allows kids and adults to enjoy different activities at the same time without feeling crowded.

The kitchen is well stocked for home-cooked meals, from slow breakfasts before a day of adventure to easy dinners after exploring Sunriver. Two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the utility room off the laundry area, add extra convenience for larger groups.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the full home, private hot tub, patio, propane grill, garage games, 5 adult bikes, and 12 SHARC passes for 2026. This home is well suited for large families, multi-family vacations, and dog-friendly Sunriver stays where comfort, space, and connection matter.

This home allows dogs only, 2 max. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
