CYBER WEEK WAS 180 NOW 175 Near Disney World: 4BR/2BA Pool Home + Free Internet

Loved the closeness to Disney! A little further from Universal but we knew that going in. Overall very nice house. Beds were a little hard for our taste. We struggled to figure out the door alarm going out to the pool so it went off almost every time we went outside. Our only complaint was the a/c having to stay on 72. We understood why but may it stayed pretty warm for our taste. We like it cold when we sleep.

This home had everything you needed. The host handled everything nicely.

The House was very nice. The alarm to the pool deck took a few tries to figure out but then it was fine. The pool was very chilly, but we didn’t really have time to swim. It got a little warm in the house for what we are used to because it was set at 75, but we managed. Great location. Fairly close to parks and close to local eateries and shops.

The house is really nice with plenty of room for our family of 4. We have adult sons so every room was used except the Minnie Mouse room which is adorable.We swam in the pool which was nice, clean and very relaxing. We watched movies in the living room and used the kitchen almost every day. We drove to both Disney & Universal with ease.Very nice and affordable. We would recommend staying here and look forward to the next opportunity.

Indian Point home was in a good location, in a large neighborhood , away from main roads. Access was communicated clearly and on-time. This home was very clean. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen has everything that we needed and there was plenty of room to dine together with a large dining table. The pool was just the right size with a deep end and a shallow end for children. Pool maintenance showed up during our visit.The bedrooms were nice, but we felt that the mattresses could be improved. They were spring mattresses and too firm for us. There was a TV in each bedroom and the rooms were very clean. Our grandson appreciated the Mickey, Minnie and Winnie replicas as well as the Disney bed sheets.The neighborhood music got a little loud over the weekend but was okay by 8:30PM. We would give this home 4 and a half stars.

Great location to the parks, great house and very clean. The pool was very nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved our stay! Host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my wheelchair to charge . Very friendly! We would stay here again. The only thing that we had trouble with was that alarm going to the pool. No matter what we did it went off almost everytime. But It is all good and we know it is for safety. Thanks for a great place to stay for the week!

We had a great stay everything was clean and tidy- pool was very nice and well kept. Owner was responsive. Check in is at 4pm not a minute earlier.

Convenient to shopping and eatery locations. Thermostat set to 75 which was perfect for 1 person in our party but 3 of us stayed under blankets while watching TV. Understand the need for the pool alarm but it was inconvient until we figured out the secret - open door, then push button, exit/enter and close. Time delay could be a little longer in case your hands are full. Internet spotty. Overall a good place!

Roy is the gentleman that owns the rental and he was extremely Hospital and easy to work with we didn't have any issues except we couldn't figure out a code to the Roku TV and Roy called the maintenance man right down who lives locally and he was extremely helpful the place is beautiful very neat very clean the Linens were clean I can say that we are all very happy with this rental and will be sure to rent it again if it's available

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas Disney trip and I must say we were so satisfied with our stay! Very clean, very friendly owner and maintenance man and very quiet/safe neighborhood! We will be back Roy!

The location was in perfect range of all the stores and amusement parks. The owner with communication was perfect.

The house was very clean! I would rate it a 5. We would stay here again. **Make sure to bring plenty of your own supplies if staying over a few days (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. as we did have to purchase these things during our stay).
