Cute&Comfortable 2BR/2BA Ski-Out Condo - NEWLY RENOVATED!!

We enjoyed our stay at Tips up. It was fun to get away with friends; however, the weather was very warm for skiing.We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for ski out. Easy hike back up to the house from the slopes. Very well equipped house. Jen is a wonderful host.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at snowshoe. Very nice host and has everything you need. Very clean.

Everything in the condo was beautiful and our stay was so fun! The skiing was the best I have ever experienced with a snow storm on our first day there. The condo is missing nothing that you need to make you feel right as home and cozy!

The host was very responsive. The condo is a ski out and hike back up the trail as there is a not a lift to get to the condo. Lots of deer to watch out back.

This unit is wonderful, truly a great location. We were able to walk 15 yards or less to the groomed run made for the Shamrock units, which drops right into Powder Ridge Run. The unit is about a quarter mile from the powderridge lift. Getting back was easy we walked up the Black Bear stairs and over with no trouble at all.Inside, the unit is set up perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked with a crockpot, plenty of pots and pans, and all the essentials. They even had spices, coffee filters, and oil—so many little things we forgot and were grateful to have. There was also a table leaf to accommodate extra people, along with plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The bathroom heaters were a nice touch, and the fireplace was peaceful and cozy. Seeing deer right outside the door made the stay feel extra special.The entryway mudroom was fantastic, with lots of hooks and a heater perfect for ski gear. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we loved the flannel comforter, big pillows, and soft sheets. The upstairs closet was large and great for storage.This was an excellent unit, and we will absolutely be back. If you have kids, this place is perfect—easy slope access and plenty of space inside. One suggestion: buy your own wood for the fireplace in the winter- there is wood provided but it’s cold and seemed damp. Dollar General for the win. - this in no means is a reflection on the owners. Happy to have their free wood to add

Incredible location - you can ski right out, and it’s a quick hike or shuttle ride to get back at the end of the day. Perfect spot for a ski trip, with limited check out instructions. We would highly recommend. The only downside is that we did wish there were a few more cleaning supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent).

The location was fantastic and quiet! We loved the ease of getting to the slopes and the daily visits from the deer!

The host was very accommodating because the slopes didnt open during our initial booking and they allowed us to shift our time. We were so thankful for this. The direct access to the slopes was an absolute plus!

Condo was convienient to all the Snowsoe amenities, was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay at Tips Up. So cutely decorated, everything we needed and it was easy to separate the 2 adults in the king upstairs and let the 3 college age kids share the bedroom and couch. Walk out the backdoor (where we saw lots of deer) and down a path to the slope. It's a short walk to the village (about 5 - 7 minutes) OR wait for the shuttle that comes pretty regularly - just make sure you know where it is going. Don't get surprised, like us, by only asking if it was going to the Village and ending up on an hour long loop down to the bottom hospital/hotel at eventually went to the village ;) Overall, we loved the place, owners were great and we will be back!

Hosts could not have been more attentive and accommodating. We loved the location and had plenty of room for us. I don’t care for most of the restaurants in the Village so I was thrilled the kitchen was well appointed so that I could cook all of our meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the mountain.

The condo was very nice but need some renovations. There was a draft in the downstairs bedroom and the fridge door needs adjustment so it does not catch. Otherwise we were comfortable and enjoyed watching the animals play outside the sliding door

The condo was awesome! Great location for doing the GRT marathon & half marathon. Would be wonderful for a ski trip with trails right outside the door. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation.Jen is a wonderful host and extremely prompt on answering emails.

Jen was wonderful! Excellent directions. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend it!

This cabin was absolutely perfect. Communication and check-in was a breeze, and the cabin had all that you could possibly want for an extended stay. The wood burning fireplace was great to curl up next to at the end of the day. The location was also fantastic. It was a true ski in/ski out, and although we were there the last week of the season, we absolutely plan to return next winter when we can take advantage of the great location.

Great condo that has been updated for modern accommodations. Condo has everything for fixing meals and is a few steps from the slopes. Would stay here again for sure!

This condo is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed being able to ski out from the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family of four. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tips Up condo! Great location, steps away from Shamrock Run. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was nice to wash wet ski gear (bring your own detergent & dryer sheets). We enjoyed deer stopping by to say hello. The owner Jen was very responsive. We loved Snowshoe and can't wait to return, thank you Jen for sharing your home with us!

Our unit was very cozy and had everything we needed for the week. The unit is extremely close to the Shamrock trail for a perfect ski out location.

This was the perfect size for our family of 4, with just enough space to host dinner for two other families. The kitchen was well-stocked, which is important for anyone who prefers to prepare their own meals while enjoying Snowshoe. Beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Will definitely check on this property the next time we are planning a trip.

Everything was as described, excellent location and condo was clean and comfortable

My family with kids ages 8 and 10 spent 4 nights over the holidays. Check in was easy and the place was great. Close access to the slopes and pretty quiet community.

We had a wonderful stay the weekend before Christmas. The property was so cozy and Jen was amazing in helping answer all my questions!
