Stayed May 7, 2025This cute, quant home was just what we needed for graduation week. It is set on a beautiful, well-maintained piece of country property. We enjoyed the evenings out on the different porches available, and having a barbecue grill was perfect. Mr. and Mrs. Tinker were exceptional hosts. They were very welcoming and kind. They even allowed us to park our enclosed trailer for moving our son on their property during our stay and a small gathering to celebrate our son's graduation. It took about 20 minutes to get to the surrounding areas. If you don't mind that and want a peaceful place to stay, with the only sound being nature and the train, which is impossible to escape while in the CSTAT/Bryan areas, then this is the place for you. Mr. & Mrs. Tinker, thank you again for helping make our stay memorable for such a special occasion.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This was the coolest little house we’ve yet to rent. The property is several acres with two rentals and the main home, which is occupied by the owners. The house was very clean and well-appointed, cute as anything and because it’s out in the country, it was quiet!!! In fact, when we stepped out of the car and felt the breeze and heard no ambient city noises, we breathed a sigh of relief. Wonderful place. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 9, 2024This was a perfect base for graduation weekend! The house is less than 20 minutes from College Station and we were able to avoid any heavy traffic. It was peaceful and well appointed and had all we needed. It wasn’t the kind of weekend we could make the most of them, but there were several chairs on the wrap around porch we would have made more of if we could! Beds were comfy and the whole house was clean. Recommend!
