Things to Note:
★ Décor ★
We love decorating around the holidays, however, some décor may differ slightly from the listing photos.
★ Infants ★
This rental is baby friendly, however, we ask that you let us know so we can properly prepare for your arrival. A team member will come by with the following baby items: pack and play, high chair, children's dinnerware, baby tub, diaper bags, and play mat.
★Late Check Out★
As an option, we like to offer our guests the ability to late check out at 12:30 (an additional 90 mins) for $50. This does create more of a rush on our end with an extra cleaning team member, but again, we know that many people choose western NC for a relaxing vacation spot and we want to do our part to keep you here as long as possible!
Please let us know the day before your checkout at the latest.
If you have time, we ask that you help out the cleaning team during your checkout, please start a load of dishes and laundry as well as take out any trash you have. This allows them to focus primarily on mopping and disinfecting for the next guest.
Thank you for your understanding.
The cottage itself was very clean and provided all the amenities you need for your stay. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day out and about. The property was a little further north than we anticipated from downtown but we honestly enjoyed getting away from the busy city life. The only thing we wished that we had were robes to get from the house to the hot tub as it was in the 30s at night, but we survived. :) Thanks for an awesome place to stay while we were visiting Asheville!
Cozy cabin
The owner had an attitude whenever we messaged him, he wanted us to strip, wash and dry the sheets we used before checking out at 11 which I had never heard of before at a place that charged $300 for one night's stay. The worst part was the A/C there barley worked, luckily it was only in the upper 80's outside and they had a box fan to point at our bed or else we wouldn't have been able to sleep there.
Lovely cabin with nice back yard.
Wonderful little cottage just minutes from Ashville. My wife loved it!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Flat Creek. It was a good distance from downtown Asheville. Not too far but just far enough to get the mountain cottage feels. It was clean and tidy. We did forget some supplies so would have been helpful to have extra supplies handy like tooth paste, shower gel, etc. Certainly not a deal breaker but overall happy with our stay.
Great place Cute inside!
