This house was perfect for our girls weekend away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access & uber rides to Broadway. The house was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of beds & the bedding was so comfy. The back porch is so cute also. Thank you for an amazing stay. You truly helped make it an incredible weekend!

This house is really cute and as pictured. My only complaint is the old musty smell that it has. I suggest wall plug ins air fresheners. Outside of that everything was great! Beds were comfortable, the decor is cute, and the location is great!

We loved staying in this house. Perfect for a group with space for everyone! The location was perfect and close to so many great things to do in Nashville! We will definitely be back!!

I wish I could give this property/owner a good review but our stay here was a nightmare. Aesthetically the house looks similar to the pictures with nice Nashville touches but it’s an old dated property in need of updates and maintenance (loud creaking floors, doors that stick, worn fixtures) In addition the house is not safe for people to stay in. The stairs have no handrail with open drop offs and exposed air conditioning units/vents jutting out. One of the children in our group was injured the first night on these exposed vents. In addition, Melissa the host did not bother to tell us there were issues with a leaking fridge and pipes. Overnight on the first night the kitchen and basement flooded (where some of us were sleeping). We spent hours trying to reach the host and ended up cleaning up most of the flooded water ourselves. In addition when we finally made contact and a service call was placed we spent most of the day waiting for repair techs to come to the property. We ended up leaving the property after one night because the flooding continued making the kitchen unusable and the rest of the house smelling wet and moldy. The host did not try to make right by this major inconvenience caused to our family and went no contact with us and VRBO to resolve the issue. We have had to start litigation against her to recoup our losses and have reported the property for code violations. Please save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

We needed an affordable house for 11 people while celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. The house was adequately clean, bedding arrangements were as advertised and the location was good for heading downtown.

The house was perfect! Melissa has the house decorated absolutely adorable! Our only complaint was it does have a smell to it. Everything else was perfect! We will book again when we come back to Nashville!!

The location of this home was excellent, with easy access to downtown and a safe, pleasant neighborhood. It made getting around simple and stress-free. The value was adequate for the price, but we expected a bit more based on the photos and other reviews. While the stay was generally comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some basic amenities were missing, such as hand soap, and we ran out of toilet paper. The fridge water filter needed replacing, and there wasn’t a dish sponge or garbage bins in the bathrooms. Someone in our party cut their foot on a shard of glass in the carpet that was left by an earlier party. The downstairs shower was tight and was not temperature regulated. The location and value are definite highlights, but some minor improvements would go a long way in enhancing the experience.

We had a great time at the property. Nice and central to everything!

Stayed for a Spiderz Softball Tournament. The only gripe I had was I was told the 5th bedroom was the den but its really just a bed downstairs in the common area so one person in my party didnt have any privacy, however, we made it work and had a great time! I would recommend because eveything else was fine!
