Stayed Dec 15, 2022I ASKED THE HOST IF I NEEDED A CODE TO GET IN THE MORNING OF THE RESERVATION AND HE SAID I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION DEC 5. I DID NOT AND WHEN HE LOGGED INTO THE APP, MY RESERVATION WAS NOT CANCELLED. HE SAID THE SYSTEM DOUBLE BOOKED HIS PLACE. HE REFUNDED MY FULL AMOUNT. BUT I NO LONGER WILL US VRBO BECAUSE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF BEING OVERBOOKED. I HAVE ZERO INCENTIVE TO USE VRBO ANYMORE AND I USED Another service FOR OUR ACCOMODATIONS 15 - 19 DEC IN EAST LANSING MICHIGAN

Stayed May 20, 2022This house was a cute place! Close to where my 4 friends and I needed to be and not far from campus or restaurants. It's was comfortable and cute. Property owner was very responsive and communicated well.
