(The kitchenette has no stove, oven, or dishwasher, but with the array of dining options nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy local cuisine.) With two TVs, WiFi, a patio for enjoying the ocean breeze, and partial air-conditioning for those warm summer days, this cottage offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Situated on a property with two other cottages, you can access a shared coin-operated laundry room and outdoor shower, adding convenience to your beach vacation. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 3, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
