Cute, Clean, Private, 1bd Guest House Centrally Located

Neat, clean, roomy. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen needs to have a little updating with glasses, pots & frying pans. The one and only medium sized frying pan was unusable as was burned on inside and bottom greasy. Refrigerator worked well but at times sounded like a dog barking. It may need replacing soon

This home was perfect for us - great location, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for us to do some cooking. Would stay again.

ADU was perfect size for my solo trip. Close to a Trader Joe’s and Sprouts so I could walk everywhere for groceries

Once again we had a wonderful stay. The Guest House was clean and comfortable, located close to all amenities. It is located especially well for those fitness enthusiasts, being only a few miles from the Rillito River Park Trail giving you access to more than 100 miles of paved paths and trails, and also close to many National Parks. The homeowners Rex and Rita are wonderful hosts.

This cute cottage was located centrally and had everything you need in the kitchen and bath. But the furniture was lumpy and uncomfortable, especially the bed and fold out bed.....killer on your back. We would have many hours without internet because it was metered. And we had to buy masks and clean the place due to the dust.....old dust. We truly left it in better shape than we found it. Loved the lemon tree!

We just returned from a week stay at this comfortable and clean guest house that is close to shopping, restaurants, a brew pub, and museums. The owners, Rex & Rita, are very nice and will greet you when you arrive. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and airy. It was well supplied with all wee needed. Rex was helpful and friendly when we needed something, but otherwise, did not intrude on us. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to a shopping area, with grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theatre and gym.

We stayed for a week in mid-January, 2017 and had a great stay. Everything we needed was there and the guest house was clean, cozy, quiet, private and conveniently located. Jon and Cathie

The cottage was as advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. We felt at home. The location was convenient. Trader Joe's was a short walk away. Rex welcomed us when we arrived, and gave us a good tour so that we knew where everything was in the cottage, and how to operate everything.

We were in the area for medical reasons, requiring us to be there 5 days a week for about 7 seven weeks. We appreciated the privacy we were afforded and the fact we were able to come home on weekends and not worry about our belongings. The guest house was very comfortable and well stocked with things needed for everyday living. We felt very safe as the area around the guest house was secured with locking gates. We would definitely stay here again.
