Stayed Jun 24, 2023The house was neat and tidy, with a large yard. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Downside: large black ants in the kitchen and sheer curtains on all of the windows. No privacy.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We did enjoy our time here! Very cute “cottage”. And quiet although it was 4th of July weekend. Houghton lake is super close walk to Lakeview Beach and Sullivan Beach is just a quick drive down the road too. Higgins

Stayed Jul 20, 2022We’re a family of five and this was a perfect stay for us. Comfortable, clean, nothing fancy, just what we needed with no frills. The yard is beautiful and I love that it’s all fenced in. Made me feel very safe that my little ones could play outside with minimal supervision. Would definitely stay here again.
