Stayed Jun 24, 2025From the cleanliness of the unit to the location and the thoughtful amenities this place was in a word—perfect. Very comfortable, extremely well appointed. The outdoor shower is a game changer for a stay near the beach. The beach chairs and tent made this such a great vacation. Will come back!

Stayed Feb 1, 2025My husband and I spent 2 months here escaping winter in WNY. We prefer the quieter west end of PCB and your house was ideal, clean and well maintained.All the amenities provided especially the well equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer were much appreciated.Also, comfortable bedrooms with ample closet storage, tv’s, bathrooms with roomy showers, selection of bath products, plenty of bath and beach towelsThe beach is a short walk but parking is available if desired. We also enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio and porch.The owners have created a lovely family beach house.
