Cute 3 bedroom cottage ... just steps from the beach

We held a batchelorette party and the 2 bathrooms made a difference for a group of females. The property was as listed and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean Close to the beach and coast line. Only used it for sleeping at night. It was fine.

Summer cottage, comfortable . Basic necessities. We just stayed one night . Approximately 1 block from beach. Close to restaurants. The house sits behind 2 other homes. Parking is approx 2 blocks from house.

Second time staying here. Perfect location. There are a few things that could be fixed or taken care of but nothing that would stand in the way of me renting it again. Thanks! The Coleman’s

The location was ideal. The parking was a bit of an issue with unloading and loading the car up, but we were aware of this when we booked so that wasn't factored into the rating. When we got to the location the deck was warped and that was the beginning of the cosmetic issues. The whole inside the walls were scratched up, bowed, or the paneling was chipping. A bunch of the windows didn't lock, the one shower had a leak, the cabinet doors in the kitchen didn't shut all the way, the countertops were peeling on the edge, the light switches didn't make a ton of sense where they were located and what they went to. The headboard on one of the beds wasnt secure, the blinds were tattered. There were so many things broken or just so worn. On top of that the place was not cleaned by the people who were there before us. Sand everywhere and dirty bathrooms.

It was perfect for us and we liked that we had the two bathroom

Perfect location for family vacation

This property has an amazing location. The location is the best part of this property. As noted by the owner this is not a pristine property. It needs a coat of paint and a through cleaning as they do not have a cleaning company. We used this as a place to stay which it worked well for. We were not comfortable preparing food at the home. Would be a great place for a large family.

We have stayed in this cottage twice. Really enjoy the space it provides and 2 bathrooms. Could definately use some maintenance and repairs. The deck gets extremely hot and wish there was some type if awning or protection from the sun while sitting outside. And cottage needs more then 1 ac unit. But do really like that they now include 2 parking spots with the facility. Is in a great location for walking to beach and the strip.

The location was great and perfect for what we needed. Nothing fancy but a good price.

The place could be very cute with a lot of TLC! To start with, the parking is two blocks away not convent at all. In which you did not tell us until after we got the key number. The cottage it self the walls had holds in them and very grubby looking. A musty smell when you walk in. Shower in one bathroom very large crack.Underwear left under bed in bedroom.broken shades and the bed are noisy and shagging springs.

The host described it perfectly. It was only a 1/2 a block from the beach. Almost directly aross from the playground for those of us with kids. Make sure you bring everything you would need for spices, condiments, cooking oil if you plan to use the kitchen at all. You cant beat the price and location and fortunately the guest before left it decent. I would recommend and definitely stay again. !you need for the kitchen spice, condiments, oil, ect...

Very close to beach and board walk. Two bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Perfect little get away spot. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced

I was very impressed. It was nice tucked away in the back of two other properties. The kids played out in yard with no worries. The common ground where they had a gas grill and bbq along with a table to sit outside was awsome! Plenty of privacy! Close walk to the beach, close walk to everything. I'd go back in a Heart Beat!! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

This was the perfect little place to stay for a fun night out at Hampton with some friends!

We spent our vacation this year deep sea fishing, going to the beach, and walking the board walk. The smell of fried dough from the deck made us walk up to the board walk at least once a day?The crew at Eastman’s dock did a great job making sure everyone had a great day out to sea and was a five minute drive from the property. We were also surprised with how many places were on the boardwalk within a two minute walk from the property. Overall a great stay, super close to the beach, and right in the middle of the boardwalk. Only a couple minute walk to anything you might want!

Needed a place to gather with family. Best things about this place is location and space! Its tucked in behind another house which is nice if you have young children because they dont have quick access to the street. Two bathrooms is also a major plus. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach is a plus as well. Parking is close by. Only one air conditioner in kitchen makes it difficult to keep the bedrooms cool, but windows can be opened in each room.. adding another a/c unit or two may be helpful. Especially when temps are high and humidity is thick. Overall a great stay!

Awesome location to the beach. Bigger than expected. 1 AC in dining room. Fans in bedrooms. Bring kitchen towels and bathroom towels. Owner was awesome.

The house is super cute. Its Location was on point to everything which was great. I just think maybe putting a little TLC into it would make it even better just like maybe the blinds are missing pieces maybe put some sort of curtain in the window in the twin bedroom on the door. maybe replace some outlet covers, couple holes in the walls fresh fresh paint just super easy cheap things would make it so much better. We loved our stay there. It was perfect for what we needed. I would stay again. Thanks for having us ?

Typical Beach type cottage. Suited all our needs. Enough room for the five of us. Would definitely book again. Was close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Highly enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the boardwalk , cute porch, plenty of space highly recommend!!
