This was our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back in the spring. The location is perfect with access to the sound and the ocean. The golf cart is a major plus. We were able to get around to local restaurants and the beach. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Property was great, quiet neighborhood, and the golf cart was nice to be able to use.

We loved this place, the only downfall was we were unaware of the golf cart rules and it was unable to haul everyone in my family ( which was a big reason ) we booked. The house was clean, kitchen could use more essentials, but overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved having the golf cart—it made getting to and from the beach super convenient.

amazing house. perfect for vacation! the golf cart and private beach parking was the best deal i’ve ever seen and so reasonably priced. i do wish there were a few more kitchen tools but easily stuff i could’ve brought, i just didn’t think ahead! do not hesitate to book this adorable place!! host was super nice and communicative

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage and hope to go back! Very clean, cute decor and it had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus getting us to the beach. Beautiful park nearby to watch the sunsets.

The owner was excellent. Very communicative with important details and responsive to my questions. Having access to the golf cart was amazing. The recommendations made with the sunset cruise and the private beach made this trip amazing for all of us. Everything I forgot was already at the house.
