Custom Home with Private Pool, Entertainer`s Kitchen & Beach Gear - Near Beach

This is our 2nd time staying at this property! We have Great communication with the host, it’s clean, spacious open concept, the pool is nice to relax in, it’s close and convenient to the beach, restaurants, everything in between. We will be back again next year!

The house is great for a family getaway during spring break. It is appointed with some family friendly needs. It’s modern and clean and we immensely enjoyed staying in Navarre. A very friendly “smaller” beachside town. Our kids absolutely loved the custom pool, although some days were a bit cold to try and swim. About the only thing missing from the house was beach towels. But overall, this is a lovely house in a good central location to the emerald coast.

Great location and very clean

My family wanted to have a lovely beach weekend. Sadly when we woke on Saturday morning there was lightning and it was pouring down rain. We were disappointed but made the best of our time. We enjoyed the pool once the lightning stopped. The house felt safe and comfortable for all of us. The only cons regarding our stay was, the lawn wasn’t inviting for the kids to run and play barefoot, the pool/beach toys were limited and poor quality and there was no propane for the bbq. We were told to get propane ourselves and leave a receipt to be reimbursed. That wasn’t ideal for our short stay with two toddlers. These were minor inconveniences so I still gave a 5 star review. I didn’t realize when booking but this house is ran by a management company so there weren’t any personal touches to welcome guests.

I thought this property was a great place to stay clean modern and inna great location the only complaint i have is the futon sleeper sofa reminded me of the cartoon couches for kids only adult sized sat and laid on the floor other than that other bedding was great. Would definitely go back.

Let’s start off with the pros: the vacation home was located in a nice area and very close to a nice beach also only 25 mins from Destin. Cons: The pool was dirty when we got there, they supposedly sent someone to clean it the day after we checked in but that was not the case. The pool needed some vacuuming because the bottom of the pool had sand, they did not get rid of the sand and the pool had a lot of bugs and hair. You can tell that they did not use the net at all. I am a pool owner myself and my pool has never been this dirty. We couldn’t swim for our whole week stay. This was bad because my children were looking forward to this and so were we. Why get a house with a pool if we weren’t going to be able to use it. All pool equipment was kept away so we couldn’t even try to use a net to pick up the trash. Also a lot of broken things with Jerry-rigged fixes. TVs we’re not functioning in two guest rooms. Will not be recommending to family or friends.

Everything was good..only thing is need take care of pool they need to fix pool filter and fix Internet service.

Pool was dirty. Oven didn’t work an the internet started working the last day we we’re there.. very frustrating not having a oven or internet with 5 kiddos.. The point of staying in a house was to be able to cook for all the kiddos. And that was not possible. Also, we we’re rushed off the property the day off check out by a power washer an the vacasa management.. will not stay with Vacasa property again.. thanks

Pros: location is close to everything, quiet/safe neighborhood, nice layout, 2 beach chairs and umbrella Cons: loud pool pump next to bedroom starts in at 6am, house felt a little dingy - its well used - needs paint everywhere, non heated pool, saggy mattress, no beach towels, wii remotes don't take a charge
