Large enough for two families with a great kitchen, lining room, screened porch and pool area for the group. The house was in Heron Point which was nice and good fishing spots close as well. Overall it is a very nice rental with Harbour Town amenities within walking distance. The only negative is that the beach is fairly far and the shuttle stops aren’t within walking distance.

Property was great for a large family gathering. Lots of seating, well stocked kitchen, beautiful screened in porch, and close proximity to Harbor Town

I stay here was wonderful. We loved having a pool to come to after spending the day at the beach loved being on the golf course and love the convenience of renting bikes and having them delivered to the house. Everything was perfect. My only comment is I would look into changing the mattresses, especially in the main bedroom they are quite soft, but that being said we still loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again

With our adult children living in different states, we make it a priority to reunite once a year for a sunny getaway—and this property exceeded all our expectations. The layout was ideal, offering everyone their own comfortable space while also providing plenty of room for quality time together. We spent hours playing games around the spacious dining table, unwinding on the screened-in porch while watching TV, and enjoying the heated pool, which was especially great for the little ones thanks to its wading area. The location is unbeatable, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

We had our adult children meet us in Hilton Head for a family vacation. We were very impressed by the home. It is a beautiful home and all of us had our own space and bathroom. The management team replied promptly to any questions/issues. Definitely would recommend!

We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private screened in porch with a beautiful golf course views. Management was super responsive when we couldn’t get the tv or fireplace to work in screened in porch and had both up and running in a timely manner. The pool was so nice and there was a company that cleaned it twice during our stay. The teenagers in our group enjoyed the upstairs area and having their own living room to hang out and watch tv. We were a short bike ride or walk to Harbour Town and because we were there in Sept, we could easily drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club and could always get a parking space. The kitchen is amazing and I loved the spacious pantry that provided ample storage. We were very impressed with Coastal Home and Villa and will definitely stay here again!

We were there celebrating my husband's birthday and everyone loved the house and the location! We were able to walk over to Harbourtown and enjoy the playground and restaurants. The tennis and pickleball facility is just across the street so we went to several clinics there. The management company did a great job responding to our questions. We hope to go back- it was great!!

House was great! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/cooking wear. Good communication with rental company answering questions. Had small issue with the pool and they sent someone out that day to take care of it. The house sleeps more people than beach towels provided. We had 8 people so we had to purchase 2 beach towels. We had a great week and would definitely rent again!
