With 2 bathrooms (tub and walk in shower), thissuperb accommodation provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Fully isolated walls and roof, and all windows are impact resistant windows. The lanai is enclosed for additional space. Relax in the beautiful surroundings and make yourself at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. The garage is not included, as the owners are keeping personal items in there, but it can be negociated for longer stays. Beautiful furniture throughout the house, with antique pieces. The Livingroom furniture is high end designer's custom made in Chicago. The owners have previously lived there, so this is the first time that this propertly is being listed for short term rental.
The house is nearby 5 golf courses within minutes in the beautiful Rotonda West Circle! Lots of restaurants, shopping, and several beaches such as Englewood Beach, Manasota Key Beach, Stump Pass Beach within 10-20 min away. For those interested in attending church, Fellowship Church is 5 min away in the center of Rotonda, and there is no better place to go! There are two Sunday services, including an International Service in the afternoon! We love it! Oh, yeah, there are fishing opportunities as well as boating on Lemon Bay minutes away.
Also just nearby is the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool, heated, eight-lane, 25-yard pool with a one-meter diving board, and a Nature Walk just next to it.
Worthy to mention is a short 25 min drive to the Warm Mineral Springs Park.
