Cushy 5-Star Home: BBQ, 7-Bed, Bball Hoop, Netflix

We booked this home instead of a hotel room because it had a hot tub. So with that in mind, we spent more than we would have on this home, instead of a hotel so we could utilize the hot tub. When we arrived, we checked the temperature of the hot tub and it was 97 degrees -- but set to 104. We left for the evening, and decided to wait to use it until we returned that evening. When we came back to the house, 5 hours later, the hot tub was still 97 degrees and would not go up. So with it being so cold out, it was really cold and not enjoyable. Not sure if the hot tub was broken, needed a new filter... or worse, the hot tub wasn't turned on until a few hours before we arrived and it just couldn't get to the temperature before we arrived/left. I also didn't pack a hair dryer because the listing stated that there was one. I looked all over the house and couldn't find one -- so I had to leave the house the next morning, for an event, with a wet head in the cold. Normally, I wouldn't leave a review like this but I messaged the owners about these issues and they didn't even acknowledge anything about it -- just a message that said they'd love it if we reviewed the house. So here I am. If you're booking this house, for the hot tub, I'd verify that it's working or turned on in advance enough that you can actually enjoy it.

We were very pleased with this home. We found it to be beautiful and exceptionally clean. The layout was perfect. We especially appreciated the walk-in shower and the fact that there were no stairs. The location was perfect for our needs. Just 7 minutes from the wedding, then 10 minutes to the reception in the other direction. Ogden is beautiful and the Rocky Mountains are spectacular! Clean, well appointed, and very comfortable house. We had everything we needed and great communication with the host. Fully fenced yard was wonderful for letting our kids fun around, and there is plenty of parking. Thanks again!

Me and two of my children stayed for an extended weekend. We enjoyed the house thoroughly. My children enjoyed the game and I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in peace and quiet. House is clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

As the title reads, this was the best VRBO experience I have had! The owners were wonderful. They were accommodating, kind, organized, and communicative. Our group had a great stay here during our short mission trip. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable. I greatly appreciate the owners and highly recommend this listing to others!

We loved this property. I was watching my 5 grandchildren, ages 3-9, while their parents were at a conference. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to many locations in Ogden, including the Treehouse Museum and the dinosaur park. The kitchen is well-stocked.. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the walk-in shower. Very convenient if you' ve been swimming with a bunch of littles. Check-in and check-out procedures were clear and easy to follow.
