Great stay

The house beautiful and spacious, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Upon arrival, we noticed that the home was not very clean, and the backyard looked neglected compared to the neighbors.The freezer was not working properly, it wasn’t making ice and anything frozen, like ice cream and popsicles, melted quickly. We couldn’t store meat safely, so we had to make daily trips to the grocery store to prevent food from spoiling.The washer downstairs was out of order, and the dryer upstairs was in terrible condition. The lint build-up was so bad that the filter wouldn’t close properly, which ended up damaging our swimsuits.While the property is beautiful, it clearly needs much better upkeep, thorough cleaning and regular maintenance to make the stay as enjoyable as the setting promises.

Overall the property was nice. The pool was not clean ( we had to get ALOT of sticks and leaves out) and hedges were overgrown on the walkway that the kids could barely fit through. There was an exposed plug in a bunk bed area that was very dangerous for small children . For the amount of money that we paid to stay, I will inquire other properties before this one.

Property was in a great location. Close distance to the beach and stores. The house was spacious enough for a family of 10. Property was not very clean and had several issues. While during our stay we arrived to more than 1 broken piece of patio furniture, dirty pool that had a leak and low on water, rented their golf cart that had inoperable turn signals, a piece of the BBQ grate broke off while cooking and there was a small leak in the kitchen. Overall, if there was a small investment to more maintenance in the upkeep of the property it would really be a perfect spot.

The house was excellent. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The patio is very nice, but the pool is small and therefore very warm even in May. The decks are a plus. The neighborhood is nice but not a lot of sidewalks for walking.

It was wonder, very relaxing and entertaining…

The house has everything you need but beach towels! It was awesome. One family with children upstairs, one family with children downstairs and grandparents on the main. Mitch was very well stocked. Golf cart a big plus! Would definitely stay again.

Everyone had plenty of room to be together or have some private time

Our family had a great trip in this house! Our only drawbacks were we wished the pool was a bit larger for how many the house can hold. For family’s with small children, note that the kids bunk room is on the level of exterior exits to the pool, garage, and just a flight of stairs from the front door. Just something to be aware of but GREAT space, super nice and accessible owner and property manager, great neighborhood and we made the walk to the beach several times with many toddlers. It’s close and easy! Thanks!

Home was good, several issues we addressed were handled, pool area was good, grill was not clean, golf cart key was not in box had to make several calls to correct. We had several issues with areas not cleaned well. We don't recommend due to construction noise next door at this time. Location was ok, we've stayed in better locations.
