I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many rental properties this one so far is my favorite. It has everything you need plus all the space for a large family. We had a great family time; the pool was an extra. The only thing that could be cleaner was the sink outside...other than that A+ review. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024House was just as advertised. Clean and plenty of space. The pool was great! And the lady’s in the office at check in were very nice and easy to talk to. We had a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: It was an amazing stay all my family enjoyed the home the pool and play ground and volley ball and we loved how clean the home was when we got there and the pool we had no problems at all one of the best vacation homes we have rented since the 3 years that all my family have gone we wil definitely be renting this vacation home again soon 3

The kitchen is complete. The pool is wonderful. The play structure and the volleyball court are a great plus. The development is all vacation rentals on large parcels with woodlands all around. Quiet. Lots of birds calls in the morning. No issues.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mattresses were changed to way cheaper! could hear the springs very soft everyone got up with a back ache. We were charged 175 per day to turn on heater poolThursday/ Friday /Sat The pool did not heat till Friday morning so why did I have to pay for Thursday? I asked for a 1 day refund they said no it takes time to heat. The pool was very dirty they did not show up to clean till Friday after 12 noon when we we asked for it to be cleaned early. Besides paying 2600 for Thursday at 3 to Sunday at 11 am we had to pay an additional 525 dollars to use the pool which we only used 1/2 day Friday & Saturday I think next time we will stay in Uvalde at a hotel where its cheaper and the pool is free makes you think twice about going again

Reviewer Comments: As always, peaceful, tranquil and amazing memories made, ONLY downfall, and nothing to do with rental is that our hitch cargo carrier was stolen from property in broad daylight. While we were outside in back.. other than that all was good. Maybe cameras needed just for vehicles.
