Short stay here for a near by wedding. Property was clean and well care for. More than enough space for my family of 6. Master bedroom bed was super comfy! Quiet neighborhood with friendly waving and smiling folks. Easy access to shopping and necessities. Attentive Host did check on us and our needs.

Host is a great communicator who was very helpful and quick with her responses. House is cute and clean. The side room off the master bedroom was a great place for my husband to exercise in the morning which was an unexpected bonus. Great location. Will definitely stay here again

Tonya was a wonderful host very kind and quick to respond. The house was amazing and worked perfectly for me and my family as we traveled home for the holidays. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here.

My coworker and I booked this house for a Public School conference. It was such a nice comfortable house, in a safe neighborhood. The house was so well stocked! The owner thought of everything! We really enjoyed our stay.

The house has a big kitchen, gas stove & oven, lots of dishes, dishwasher, cooking appliances. And a nice table. Bedrooms are nice & bathrooms ate nice. There were even towels. Super safe neighborhood. A

The house was in a great location for us. We stayed a week and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable which was great! Would definitely stay here again.

This cute cottage was centrally located for all of our family events. It was inviting and well- furnished. All of us enjoyed spending time there. Further, Tonya was outstanding! She reached out several times to make sure all was well and immediately responded when we had questions. I highly recommend this accommodation and will gladly return when we visit again.

House was just as described and squeaky clean, check in was a breeze. The house was easily accessible to major travel routes (hot springs). Minutes away from restaurants and outlet shopping.

This house was perfect for us. It was spotless and things had been sanitized. It was even decorated for fall! Tonya, the host, was very nice and responded to my question quickly. I liked how they did the lock code and that the door automatically looked after a few minutes.

Great house and very comfortable stay

Host was very attentive and helped me with check in remotely. Property was clean and had tons of amenities -- so extremely convenient to have extra blankets, any and all coffee supplies, and even Styrofoam plates and cups to minimize dishwashing. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable. Only suggestion -- we are older and the hall bathtub was a bit slick. May need a nice mat like in the master. Great little house and very clean and nice. My apologies for not remembering to open the drapes before we left. We closed them in the evening. Thank you
