Loved this place!!

Very clean property. Location is great being on the beachside of the road. Be aware that you may need to bring or purchase extra supplies as they only provide one dishwasher detergent packet, no dish soap and one small roll of TP per bathroom.

Enjoyed our vacation with our family. We loved the pet friendly cottage.

House was a new comfortable setup, everything we needed. Fairly priced for our stay in third week of August. Very clean home, nice pool and beautiful beach. We would have given 5 star if not located next to the very busy road. Washer/dryer took longer than usual, could be replaced. Great location for nearby restaurants and shopping! We would definitely rent cottage C7 again.

Our family loved the home and the little community. Everything was wonderful. I did notice the dishwasher wasn't draining a few days in. I called for a repair and it was taken care of the next day. The maintenance people were very professional. We had everything we needed.

It was everything we needed! Great location! Property management was timely when a leak happened under the sink!

This is a beautiful cottage. Everything is very clean, up-to-date, well appointed, and comfortable. Crystal Paradise Cottage was perfect for our group of six. The three full bathrooms/showers was nice. Perhaps most importantlh, it was only a short walk to the beach. We had a great week, and hope to return soon.

Plenty of room for our party of 8! Quiet neighborhood very family friendly. Would stay again. Hesitant to say too much more because I want to keep this gem to myself! LOL Loved the neighborhood set up over the condo set-up we are used to. It was mostly young families staying in the neighborhood, which we loved! Nothing quite so jarring as sitting with your young children and party-minded, bethonged people are around. Didn't have that problem here! My only wishes would be some sort of noise barriers between the house and the beach access road, to help cut down the road noise on the back porch -it was not noticeable at all inside the house-. Something like the shutter-type like those around the AC units.More storage in the kitchen for food stuffs. Some privacy curtains and some small mounted fans in the bunkbeds on the stair landing.

We loved our little cottage. It was exactly like the pictures online and extremely clean. The location could not be any better to getting around for restaurants and also walking to the beach. The property manager was always on top of it through the whole process. Anything we needed all we had to do is ask. Highly recommend this property

This place was wonderful. It is exactly as shown. My family and I had a wonderful time making memories here and will definitely book again in the future. Though I wish we could see the beach from the house, the proximity makes up for it. So easy to go back and forth with kids etc. 10/10

Super cute condo close to the beach with access to a pool, had all the plates/cup/appliances that we needed, and maintenance fixed the only issue we had quickly, a great overall experience

We had a wonderful girls trip here and we really loved the location! The house was beautiful and clean and we especially loved the pool. The check in process was smooth. Already looking to stay with Prickett properties again.

Very nice property, a couple of maintenance issues needed. I sent in an email, responded right away to put on repair list. Nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. In addition, highly recommend Angry Crab restaurant. We ate there twice. Even if you want a burger, best burger ever and the cornbread the next day !!!

Crystal Paradise was beautifully decorated, well appointed kitchen and the location was amazing—a short walk to the Gulf. It is right by busy Perdido Beach Blvd so traffic noise was a bit disrupting at night but we got used to it. Beds were super comfy. Be sure to bring dish soap, hand soap, Kleenex as the property doesnt stock. TP and paper towels were limited for a weeks stay. There was some beach toys under the stairs. Kitchen stocked with everything including a Keurig (sp?) and regular coffee pot, juicer, blender etc. Porch lighting was orange heat lamps which I learned was for the turtle hatching season but not comfortable for sitting at night. We bought some lanterns w low lighting and brought fans since they didnt have ceiling fans. This property is great for two families w kids that can enjoy the double bunk beds.
