This property is absolutely perfect and conveniently located. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could possibly need. This property exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Central heat and gas fireplace kept us plenty warm. 10 minutes away from Adventure Park where we took the kids sledding. We will try and get this property again when in Tahoe next.

Super nice, very clean, stocked with everything!!!! Perfect location. Arrived early and we were able to check in early. The Only thing I would suggest is for there to be a few more portable fans to help circulate air and for white noise. Loved it! Will stay again when we return.

The pictures accurately represent this home, which is simply gorgeous, with premium furniture, fixtures, and extras throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Both decks were very nice. The neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs loft area is great for teens (our 17 year old spent virtually all of his time up there). he location is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to get from the home to the southern end of Lake Tahoe, and gas, groceries, and restaurants are also within 10-15 minutes. The only downside is that the house, like just about every other house in Lake Tahoe, does not have air conditioning and we were there during a heat wave. Fortunately, it cools down at night and we were able to manage the temperature by opening windows over night and then closing all blinds during the day.

This place was even more beautiful in person. We loved every inch of this home and it was a great fit for our family. The only bummer was that the home came with a baby gate but the gate did not fit on the stairs on the top or bottom. We were a bit worried since our 9 month old baby is wild and on the move. She would not stop going to the stairs. We were able to come up with something to block it off. Other than that everything else was great. We brought extra toiletries, garbage bags, paper towels and a few other items but we didn’t end up needing them since the house had enough for my family of 6. They were stocked with tons of spices amd the basics for cooking. Lots of space in the home and the beds were firm and comfortable. My family fell in love with the home. There was not much of a backyard but it was ok because they had space on the side of the house to play and have fun. The views were beautiful from both balconies. There was enough TVs for everyone to have there own and the WiFi worked great as well as the cable with lots of stations. We felt right at home and will be coming back here again.
