Stayed Feb 27, 2024The stay was fine, would have stayed longer! However this group is all about the tricks of profiting off of fees! For instance if by chance u check out at 11am instead of 10, get this….They charge you for another night plus an amount per hour that is more that you paid for the whole night! So basicly if u are a hour late you will end up paying more than 3 times what u paid to stay the whole night! PER HOUR! So if checkout at noon that is 6 times what u paid originally! Insane Totally illegal bc it’s not inline with other companies and is extreme! This is FRAUD! Then even though u make sure all the trash is taken out, shampooed the carpets even, and severely decreased their overall work load when u refuse to pay the late check out fraud rates they then come back and charge u for “extra cleaning” and when pressed what “extra cleaning” they ignore it! And what scale do they go on with these standards that require that charge! ANOTHER FRAUDULENT CHARGE! So for this it appears this company are scam artists disguised as a real business!! RENTERS BEWARE!!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023We rented last minute. The property managers went above and beyond to ensure all paperwork was complete so that checkin went smooth. House was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Stayed Aug 9, 2019Bad experience poor customer service bad cell phone signal in that area no one was at the Building at check in could not utilize amenities The call center would not help just a bad experience overall the house had so many scratches and broken things insude i was afraid to stay ... Thought i was gonna get blaimed for existing damages . the owner needs to do lots of work dryer didnt work
