Crows Neuk is a contemporary family home finished to the highest of specifications. With three bedrooms laid out over three levels, this spacious and bright home offers superb accommodation for six guests. The open plan layout of the ground floor which flows seamlessly onto the outdoor space makes Crows Neuk ideal for family groups or friends travelling together.
Entering on the ground floor, there is a useful porch for sandy shoes and coats. The spacious lounge has a wood burning stove,a great focal point to gather round in the colder evenings and opens into the dining kitchen. A central island offers space to dine whilst looking out to the garden and the well equipped kitchen is a great place to try new recipes with some of the fresh local produce. From the kitchen there is a side access to the property as well as a WC, utility area and fabulous snug/TV room- the perfect place for the kids to catch up on their favourite shows or play some of the games provided. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, double bedroom with dressing area and family bathroom with shower over the bath. The upper level has the main bedroom, a generously sized superking room with seating area and en-suite shower room. To the rear of the property is a sunny garden with two separate seating areas to enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors. On street parking is available to the front of the cottage. Crows Neuk is located in the heart of St Monans with the tennis courts, playpark and village green on the doorstep and is a short downhill stroll to the harbour, coastal path and tidal pool. St Monans has several places to eat including a cafe, seafood smokehouse and AA rosette restaurant. It is in close proximity to the surrounding East Neuk villages, 20 minutes to St Andrews and one hour to Edinburgh, making this a great base from which to explore further afield.

    Overall a really really good property decorated to a high standard.So close to the harbour, we saw dolphins in the sea too. Easy parking. Not much in walking distance.Happy with the cleaning but the towels could do with a little attention.Well equipped. Didn't cook much but had everything we could need and was great to see cloths and tea towels available to use. The garden was looking a little untidy. The bedrooms were beautiful, spacious and lots of hanging space. The snug room was a great bonus. Absolutely loved the layout. Overall was really happy and would definitely as ray again.

    Stunning property, with all mod cons, comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Cleanliness was of a high standard.Enclosed gardens were great for two dogs. Plenty room for the family, 6 adults and 2 dogs.Loads of beautiful walks along the coast, walking into Pittenweem and Anstruther.Village is quiet but locals very friendly. No issues with parking on the street, and we had 3 cars.Great location to base yourself to visit surrounding villages like Elie, Upper and Lower Largo, Tentsmuir, and St. Andrews of course.Elie and Tentsmuir beaches are definitely worth a visit.Local Coop store in Anstruther was well stocked and only a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

    The property is based on the side street within a quiet estate and a short walk down to the waterfront. The house interior is well presented, modern and is exactly as you can see it in the photos. Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a family break.The Pitenweem Properties agents were easily reachable when we required some assistance with the Wifi connection.We would happily return to CrawsNeuk.

    Lovely comfortable property, great find. Immaculately clean, home from home. Kitchen was fully equipped and beds were very comfortable. French doors leading from the kitchen to patio/garden area were great for both our grandchild and dog. The play park opposite the property was a hit too. Great base for exploring would highly recommend.

    Just returned from a relaxing stay in St Monans. House is absolutely perfect & decorated to a very high standard. Would highly recommend & look forward to staying there again.
