    The best things about this property are its convenient location and outstanding mountain views. It was very quiet and peaceful and right on the rec path. We enjoyed being able to walk or ride our bikes to town or the lake. It was very nice to having the garage to lock up our bikes nightly.

    We had a great experience staying at the townhome for our family vacation. The location was great, we could easily walk to Walmart and Safeway for groceries and to restaurants for dinner. Main Street was less than 5 mins away by car. We also enjoyed being so close to the rec path, we enjoyed walking and biking to Walter Byron park on the rec path with our kids. The house was clean and well appointed. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and all the electronics worked great. Our little boys liked playing the board games that were provided and riding their bikes in the cul de sac. I would definitely stay here again.

    The townhouse was clean and had nice furnishings. We enjoyed the garage which had an 8' door which left plenty of room for our SUV and Thule Carrier. Overall it is well maintained and very clean. There were slight signs of aging but nothing that would prevent us from staying or recommending the place to friends or family. The hosts were communicated well and responded promptly, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that they came by and shoveled the driveway!

    We loved this property so much. Easy location right off 70 and close to the local ski rental shop. Accessible to many different ski resorts and a quick drive into Breckenridge downtown area. The townhouse was cozy and the view was unbeatable. Even with the downpour of snow, we were well equipped with all the amenities the home provided.

    This listing was perfect for our ski week. Convenient drive to all the mountains, great garage and mudroom for gear, cozy and clean upstairs! Absolutely perfect and the listing was spot on. Would book again happily!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent time. Property is within walking distance of the Wal-mart and Whole Foods. Very close to a playground for the kids. Friscoe walking path is directly behind the house. A little far to walk to Main Street. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views!
