Stayed Feb 27, 2025Nice 2 bedroom condo in a central location to many ski areas. 5 min walk to free shuttle and grocery stores. Half hour walk to Main St Frisco. Very quiet area. I would stay there again.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024Perfect location - so many options for skiers and snowboarders within a short drive. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants very close. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 21, 2024The living arrangements were perfect with the two bedrooms on different floors and living space, kitchen and half bath in between on the middle floor. The heating worked well, but never realized just how dry the air is Colorado homes. Also had a problems with being shocked by light switches on the main floor due to static electricity. Otherwise, plenty of towels, soap, laundry supplies, garbage bags, etc. Would stay there again. And Summit Mountain Rentals helped in every way when I locked myself out, lost texts on my phone, etc. Thank you for your excellent service!

Stayed Feb 6, 2024The property was very nice and provided great amenities including kitchen and garage parking. Had a cleanliness issue that was addressed by management same day.
