In fact you may want to stop and take in the commanding view of Mt. Crested Butte which is directly in front of this home. 



The first floor of this property has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of twin bunks.  They share a full bath just outside in the hall.  Up one flight is the heart of the home with the living, kitchen, and dining.  Warm up to the fire on a chilly night or sit out on the deck and look at the fantastic views of the slopes and Mt. Crested Butte.  With the great location of this property hiking is just out your front door in the summer and skiing in the winter. The kitchen has a gas range for all the cooks in the family and the dining table looks out the living room windows to the spectacular views. There is a half bath on this level as well and a full size stackable washer and dryer.



Upstairs you will find the master suite with private bath which is the whole third floor. There is a king bed and private deck which takes in the views of Mt. Crested Butte for that morning cup of coffee. Outside you will find a community hot tub just steps from this unit.     Property was setup well with three bedrooms. Two for adults and one with double bunks for kids on lower level. Kitching and dining on second level and master on third floor. View of mountain from balconies was nice to wake up to and very walkable in ski boots to the lift. Will definitely come back again.

    Had a great time - the place is perfectly located for skiing, less than 100m to the lifts. Place was well stocked, perfectly clean and very convenient. For a ski trip, highly recommend!

    Location can not be beat given proximity to ski lift. Very comfortable place and had everything we needed. Walkable to a small market. Hot tub is close. Comfortable bed and linens. Only complaint I have is that the hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned. We could not get the cable to work in the bedroom downstairs, but we didn't contact management given the short duration of our stay. Over all we loved the place and it worked well for our 2 families with 3 young kids.

    The condo was a perfect spot for our group’s ski trip to CB. The location was excellent with a great view of the mountain, a 3 minute walk to the main base area, and a 2 minute walk to the town shuttle. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our vehicles again until we left. The condo itself was great with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. It’s very well stocked with all you need and the Iron Horse management groups makes everything easy. We would definitely stay again!

    You can see the mountain out the front window. Access to the ski runs is right across the parking lot. Beds were comfortable. Place was clean and well maintained.

    Nice terrace style home, location is solid. Had a great time, would be keen to return in the future. Vacuum could use an update, a ski locker would be handy but overall a love place to stay.

    Property was in a great location and was very clean and very well stocked. Very easy walk to slopes and the town shuttle. Things to consider....there needs to be a contingency plan for guests that arrive early. I was told there was not a place to secure luggage while we had to wait. We finally placed our bags in the entry area. Our shuttle driver helped us find this area. The starter kit should be expanded, especially for toilet paper and paper towels. Having to purchase items that are considered essentials should not have to be purchased by guests. Overall everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

    I did not realize that the condo did not have air conditioned perhaps it was listed but I was unaware and although it was very cool in the evenings the days were very hot at Crested Butte. An option for a window unit would be very nice or one of those free-standing ones it could be kept in the closet under the stairs when it's not being used

    Very clean , well appointed. Had everything you could want in a rental and beds were super comfortable. Could not beat location. Will definitely rent again!
