Everything was amazing!

Had a very nice relaxing time fishing off the dock. Had a fishing guide take us out one day and were very succesful

Nice and very peaceful property. We had a great time with our family and friends that came over to visit. We look forward to using this property again in the future. Special thanks to Mr. Parker for making sure everything was okay.

The house is well-maintained and the owners added little extras to make us feel welcome. We slept 10 very comfortably since we had the right balance of kids and adults. It wasn't bare bones as some rentals are. The master bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely. We would recommend!

Great place! The host was wonderful and we had a very relaxing time. Will definitely come back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed this area of Georgia and the location of the house. We brought our boat and had fun going through the marsh rivers to the other islands. It was great just walking out the back door to the beautiful view, dock and access to the waterways. The owner was so helpful with all our navigation questions and very enthusiastic about the area! The house itself needed some serious attention. It needs updating and several things need to be repaired or just attended to. It does have a charming beach cabin type feel.

Grand kids and sons celebrated with Mimi and Papa on Papa’s birthday House was perfect and the view from the house overlooking Cresent River and marshes was breathtaking , sunrises were majestic.Plenty of room for everyone and kitchen/eating area was very convenient.

We were in Townsend for a family wedding and needed a house near the venue. It was a perfect location with a beautiful view!

It was a great property in a good location. I came to spend the weekend fishing and it rained all but 2 hours of daylight. I am definitely planning on coming back real soon with better weather conditions. Host was very helpful and available for all questions and concerns. I recommend this place to anyone.

Good fishing, kayaking, nice house!

An amazing place and a great host. The house is awesome with all amenities we could need. Pat was great about reaching out way ahead of check in date and happy to help with any issues (although there were none). We even asked if he would sell the place to us but as expected he likes it too much as we did. We will be back!! My wife asked if we could go back for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break!! We may if it’s not already taken. Thank you Pat for a great week in a secluded retreat!!

We had a wonderful stay! We have never had a more attentive owner for any vacation home we have rented. Mr. Tap was amazing. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us to roam. Some of us enjoyed kayaking ?. Mr. Tap even helped us locate a dolphin tour in Jekyll Island that was so much fun for everyone.

From kayaking on the river to s’mores over the fire pit to the million dollar view, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We were atria wedding in in the area and didn’t want to stay in a hotel so this housewarming perfect. The view of the marsh was beautiful and the breeze on the veranda was so relaxing. I heartily recommend this home to everyone. Also it was very convenient to interstate 95.

My family has stayed in this house many times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Mr. Parker is great to work with and is very hospitable. Gorgeous views, we love to kayak and fish. Deep water lot if you want to bring a boat. B had the huge (probably been there a while) sheep head on the line but the fish broke loose before we could net it. Maybe next time!
