The HOME: Overlooking Gore Creek and views of the Mountain range galore! You can fly fish in Gore Creek right from the backyard in the spring/summer months! It has a one car garage for your convenience on those cold wintery days, The home is located on the Free Shuttle Route, which puts you minutes away from Ski lifts in Vail Village, Cascade Village and Lionshead Village for all winter and summer activities. Grocery store, restaurants, large park and bike paths are all within walking distance. Located in a hot new area of Vail, with a new Ritz Carlton and other multimillion dollar properties.

LIVING AREA: In the main living area there is a large flat screen TV, stone fireplace, dining room table and upgraded furnishings. There are sliding French doors that open up to a deck with seating and a grill. All overlooking exquisite Gore Creek. The dining room table hold 6 comfortably. Kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and is fully outfitted with everything you need.

BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom opens to a patio with a private Hot Tub for 4 people overlooking Gore Creek and serene wooded surroundings. The primary has a King size bed and sitting area, flat screen HD LCD TV. Additional bedrooms are large and have Queen size beds and flat screen TVs. Two additional twin beds are in the west bedroom. The east bedroom is oversized with a sitting area.

BATHROOMS: The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and bath/shower. The main floor bathroom is a full bath with a shower. Primary bathroom in en suite. All rooms have beautiful Creek views. This mountain home offers you all you need for a luxurious and yet homey feel. Other things to note: Garage is suitable for compact to mid-size car only. Driveway holds an additional car with no additional street parking.
