Beautiful end unit of multi-unit. Good communication and any non-working items were quickly addressed. The house has a comfortable humidity level - the forced air system was actually more comfortable and easy to use than the high-end in-floor heating we've experienced elsewhere. Good kitchen for parties that cook, although the dishwasher needs some adjustment. Garage parking for 2 vehicles, plus space in front of those for 2 more. Ski-out requires a short walk out the back over a bridge and a little hike up a hill to the run down to the lift. Ski-in is via the bottom of a blue run (Cresta), but beginners can make it down the traverse run Piece-of-Cake. Very quiet on this side of the resort. The bunk room in the basement is not technically a 6th bedroom, since there is no door for privacy because there is not an egress window. However, would be good for kids who don't care. You will enjoy the view of the hillside out of the large living area windows.
The house is in great condition with brand new furnishings and attention to detail. The location could not be better, with ski-in/ski-out access and within walking distance to the Village. Everyone in our group enjoyed every aspect of the home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the internet was strong and reliable and the beds were comfortable. Vail Butler was great to work with. Easy check-in and check-out. Hoping to plan a trip and stay here again in 2021!
