Such a beautiful location with a waterfall just right outside the door! A friendly neighbor nearby informed us that a flash flood that happened recently made the waterfall even bigger and the sound outside our door because of it was a dream. I truly didn’t want to leave the patio! Patio heater, grill and a fireplace below made the outdoor experience wonderful. In better words- this stay was beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for having us!

Its position, its size, siting out on the balconies watching the stars and listening to the stream, walking into town for breakfast, proximity to the Perimeter Trail & the Box Falls. Just wow. Cleanliness was near perfect and the supplies provided was very welcome. If we were to try and think of anything that wasn't so good, it would be hard! There were quite a few bulbs out in the lamps and the oven was very smokey when we used it so could probably do with a deep clean. The stairs to the lower balcony were taped off but bar these small things the whole experience was a delight, thank you. We will be back!

The “creek” was more like a river from the recent rains, we slept with the windows cracked open (it was cold!) and between the rushing river sound and the chilly air we all had the absolute best sleep of our lives. We spent every evening with a campfire in the fire pit, town is just a few minutes drive away (or walk if you’re in shape). The trail to box canyon falls is just a 2 minute walk from the house, we enjoyed that very much as well! Overall highly recommend.

This house was a wonderful place to celebrate a 70th birthday and Mother's Day. It was very clean and had all we needed. The property manager delivered a special local treat for the birthday girl on arrival. The creek was loud and fun for my 7 and 3 year old to play in. This was a great getaway and we would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome place to stay. We had 8 people and one draw back was having only 1 towel for each person for the 4 nights we stayed. Would like to have more towels and more trash sacks. We only had 3 sacks, 8 people produce trash. Family wished that the TV was bigger and placed above the fireplace. We watched the Olympic tryouts. It was a wonderful place to stay and if we go back, would love to rent this again. Close to town, but felt like we were all by ourselves. Wonderful home.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Me and my famiky had a balst and made lots of memories. Your property was amazing and very comfortable and relaxing. My 13 year old son loved playing in the river, and us adults love being by the fire and listening ti the river. I left a thank you gift on the kitchen counter

I wanted remote location, and this place certainly is, yet super close to town. What amazed me was the everchanging snow melt river, constantly changing the landscape throughout our stay. The property managers were always communicative throughout our stay.
