Head out the front door into Four Poles Park and enjoy fishing/crabbing off the dock on Noisette Creek or hit the free disc golf course that meanders around Park Circle.

The STR Operational Permit for this property is in-process with the City of North Charleston and is following all regulations of the recently-issued ordinance.
Fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, open floor plan, two generous bedrooms each with a full bath. Spacious loft with desk to catch up on work before hitting the town.
We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.

No parties and events are allowed at this property.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Pet policy: We do allow dogs at our properties (sorry, no cats, due to allergies). MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS. The pet fee is $125 per pet, per stay, and is nonrefundable. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets. Paperwork must provided for all service animals. Please crate dogs when leaving the property. Please do not allow dogs on furniture, in beds, bedding or sheets. Our pet fee reimburses our cleaning expenses for additional time required to eliminate all pet hair and pet odors upon your departure. Please ensure your pet is up to date on flea medication and all vaccinations.
Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

This property was everything we could have imagined and more. They had everything we needed plus! Very clean, very nice, very spacious. Fully stocked for anything you need!

Wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable. Keyless entry at back door would be helpful as well as dresser in second bedroom.
Great property - safe, clean and quiet. Short drive to many Charleston points of interest. Plenty of amenities. Added plus - park and frisbee golf course within walking distance! Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
This townhouse was lovely! Beautifully decorated while still completely functional and comfortable! Both beds were very comfortable and we had 2 nights of quiet, restful sleep. The townhome is stocked with everything we needed, including a small first aid kit with Bendaryl cream which came in SO handy for a couple of insect bites my daughter received while playing mini golf outside at Frankie's Fun Park! The townhouse was very spacious and clean and provided ample room for my daughter, her boyfriend, and myself to spread out and enjoy some downtime in between visits to the Charleston Aquarium and the Charleston Museum. We were very impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Less than 10 minutes from N Charleston convention center. Quiet community. Great for walking the dog. Beautiful disc golf and nice walk to scenic marsh. Loved our stay!
The property was exactly what I was looking for. It was so close to my daughter and her husband that live in Park Circle. Zero complaints. The property had everything you need. Added plus, the beds we’re comfortable!
We stayed at the property for a family vacation and the property was very clean. It was maybe 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minute drive to everything else it was a great location.
This was a great stay for a week long girls trip in their mid-20s (not the type to stay out all night but enjoy a good vacay). We did have a rental car which helped a lot as this is about a 15 minute drive to downtown. This is a great spot for those looking to explore other areas as well such as Shem Creek, Folly Beach, or Sullivan’s Island - they’re all just a short drive. The property was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. If I visited again and didn’t want to be in the heart of downtown, I would 1000% stay here again.
Such a clean home! Everything we would need was provided. We were in town for High Water Music Festival and it was a great location for it. Minutes away from the Park Circle area where there’s plenty of food and drink options. Very close to Riverfront Park. A short drive to downtown. Some sketchy behavior in the front of the neighborhood in the evenings, but y’all have no control over that obviously. Outside of that, fantastic stay.

Immaculate.
We arrived at the property which is in a great neighborhood! This particular property was immaculately clean, had everything we needed, and is in a GREAT location to visit all of Charleston! We even found that we could have groceries delivered which was a great convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The communication with the property manager was nearly instantaneous. We were so pleasantly surprised, the couple times we had a question or sent an appreciation note, that we received a response so very quickly. The property management is very attentive to guest’s needs. We highly recommend this property as well as Coastal Vacation Properties. Also highly recommended is Elegant Images Photograpy. Ashley is a wonderful and fun photographer if you wish to take some photos while in town!
We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston at Creekside Bungalow! We were a party of four and we had more than enough room. The townhouse was immaculate, nicely decorated, and well stocked. They thought of everything that you might need and there was a guest book and notebook of places to go in Charleston that was really helpful to us. Thank you to the host and staff. Great job!
