Awesome house and guest amenities.

The house is in a perfect location, close to town and Deep Creek. It has all the amenities for cooking at home and plenty of space. Communication was good.

Exceptional, superb...perfect! This cabin was everything as advertised and more! We are a family of 8, from ages 73 to 9 and this had something for us all...cornhole, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of games and the creek! Waterfall hikes nearby and cute Bryson City. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even a spice I forgot to bring! The hosts were extremely responsive and the cabin was spotless. This was everything we hoped for and then some.

We really enjoyed our stay it was nice and clean. The hosts was very attentive and answered very quickly to our questions. We definitely recommend this cabin for your next getaway.

This is a beautiful property containing all the amenities you need. The kitchen has everything just like you are home. Was happy to see, and use, a tea pot that whistles. Every small appliance was there and plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bowls and utensils.The town is quaint but has all the essentials. Walmart is about a 20-25 minute drive but we found the grocery store Igles was very nice. There are spices and some dry goods available at the house so check the cupboard before you make your grocery run. We replenished/left items for future residents as was done for us. The back porch is the best thing, the sound from the consistently running creek is very soothing and rejuvenating…and absolutely breathtaking.The bathrooms contained plenty of towels and there was shampoo/conditioner/shower soap dispensers affixed. We brought our own items but that was a pleasant surprise, especially after I used all my travel size shower gel. Lol The beds were surprisingly comfortable with really good mattresses. My party included Boomers whose bodies need to rest comfortably and all of us (5) had the best rest while there. There were adequate blankets and an extra pillow for each bedroom. We found everyone we encountered in Bryson City was the most courteous, friendly people. We met no strangers.The owners were attentive and easy to reach/quick to respond through Vrbo. I highly recommend this home for a private getaway. You will not be disappointed.

Water's Edge was just as described. It was clean, so organized, comfy and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The beds and pillows were great, the kitchen well stocked, and you couldn't ask for a better location so close to town and The Polar Express. There was easy access to the property and parking right out front. Our host, Sue, was great about responding and a pleasure to work with. She even had a Christmas tree up next to the fireplace to add to experience. There are several other properties close by and what looks like a camp site across the creek that was empty. It was quiet and we had a great view of the creek and stars.

This was our first time bringing our new granddughter & family to the Polar Express & this home was PERFECT for our family. It had everything we needed and more and was so comfortable. And the swing on the porch was icing on the cake. We are already making plans to return next year & stay here again!

Beautiful Creekfront Views! Loved the sound of the rushing water. Leaves were beautiful this time of year. House is beautifully remodeled, with every convenience one could imagine. Furniture was very comfortable, as were the beds in each room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY!!! BETTER THAN THE PICS. LARGE AND SPACIOUS, YET WARM AND COZY. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH OUR CHOICE OF LOCATION.

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway. We were so impressed with the organization and how well the house was stocked. We didn’t have to run out to the grocery store 100 times for all the little things. There was enough things to do for everyone - from the 2 year old to the 70 year old. This is a great place to stay in Bryson City!

2 families with 4 sons ages (22-17). Great location- close to Bryson & Cherokee for meals & shopping. Enjoyed tubing, hiking and white water rafting. Boys played billiards everyday, we had nice fires and sat at the water’s edge. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice location, amenities and area activities

This trip was amazing! The house was so clean and accommodating. The owners were easy to get ahold of and were so nice when we couldn't figure out the tv. We always stay on the river when we come to the mountains and this place was perfect for our family. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was absolutely perfect!

This was a Christmas past for our family. We were not able to be together due to sickness! The lodging arrangements were great… right down to the Christmas tree left up by the owners made it extraspecial.Loved the area! Hope to be back real soon!

Wonderful family trip for the Polar Express! The home is excellent for families with children of all ages, great location and view, the host is a pleasure to deal with.

Thoughtfully designed and furnished cabin on Deep Creek, just minutes from downtown Bryson City and the Smoky Mountain National Park. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and son-in-law for a long weekend. We had our son and his family in for a family meal and football watching. Perfect location for a multi-generational family gathering.

Initial plans for party of six reduced to four. First, the house is at the base of the GSMNP and the Deep Creek Trail which was fantastic. Great layout, highly functional and spacious. Well designed kitchen, very well stocked. Pool table excellent use of space and thoroughly enjoyed. The back covered porch overlooking Deep Creek was comfortable and very relaxing. Likewise for the fire pit. Although adjacent houses, the positioning of the house limits exposure and affords a private retreat. The hosts were fantastic and near-immediate in response. We opted for the firewood bundle which was perfect for 3 nights of fires.

Nice, clean, directly on the river. Everything in the house is labeled which is nice. Owners good to work with.

The cabin was great! My family loved it and the host was very communicative and easy to work with.

Our host were the best. Home was extremely clean and our host thought of every comfort. They splurged on all the comforts of home. From the well stocked kitchen with every appliance and utensil to the comfy beds and comforters, to the board games and more for the kids. The creek sounds are amazing. We found a free app called Merlin Bird ID. It identified 15 different bird chirps and songs one morning while we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the private deck. Excellent location to enjoy all that Bryson has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better home and host and we so hope they invite us back.

This home is clean & well decorated with an open layout & very well stocked. The porch overlooking the river was a heavenly way to begin & end each day! This property is conveniently close to town while still being quiet & peaceful & away from the crowds. We loved this cabin & will return!
