Stayed Jan 1, 2024My family enjoyed our stay here. I love that they provided everything we needed and they were good quality. Kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook what we prepared. We loved the game room that had a ping pong table and a pool table. They even provided alexa,ipad, and tvs in every room that kept us entertained. Oh and the little notes of instructions was so neat! Thank you Jon who was always prompt in responding to my questions. You rock. We will definitely return if we are allowed ?

Stayed Nov 8, 2025We rented this home to celebrate my Moms 90th birthday. The accommodations were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. The home was very clean and inviting. My Corgi was able to join us. They even had a water and food dish in the kitchen for her. We would definitely rent this home again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We held our annual family reunion at this residence. The house is billed as a luxury house and, for what we paid and how the pictures looked in the listing, that is what we expected. It did not meet those expectations. KITCHEN:-Toaster's heating elements only partially worked resulting in us buying a 10 toaster from CVS.- Dining chairs did NOT match the chairs in the photos; the ones at the table looked/felt like cheap 10 chairs. They were extremely uncomfortable.- Refrigerator sign said new but the freezer had a drawer missing a railing making the bottom drawer uselessDECK:- The listing shows and brags about the outdoor space/seating. There are NO chairs outside, no carpet or pretty decorations. When I contacted the rental manager it was suggested that we use the kitchen stools for outside seating. He then followed up with a suggestion to move a bench placed next to the front door to the back deck. Part of why we selected this property was due to the outdoor seating.CAMP COZY:- the kids room at the upper level had no air flow and was unreasonably warm causing the kids not to be able to sleep in that room.OTHER:- Grill only partially worked making it difficult to BBQ- Neither of the pocket doors worked well and the 1 on the level below main level didn't work at all.- Sink leaked in the bathroom on the floor below the main level. Contacted manager who sent a plumber while we were out and we were told that it was fixed (it wasn't but we only had 1 day left).

Stayed Dec 26, 2024For the price we payed, the place was not up to par. Many things were not working.. lots of door issues, broken glass in kitchen light fixture, dirty crevice on kitchen table, and just not what I saw or read on the posting

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Jon was amazing. Our original property was great. They had music playing when we arrived and it was so homey. The game room was amazing. There was a minor scent in the house. When I let Jon know, he came right away. Since he couldn’t find the source, he moved us to a different property. Everything was seamless and our family had a wonderful stay. Jon was so quick to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024This lovely mountain home easily accommodated our family of 11. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the children especially enjoyed the game room. The exterior of the house has some delayed maintenance, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the house. As has been mentioned, there are lots of stairs so it may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. The living spaces and the bedroom the ground level would accommodate those challenges. Jon is an excellent host. He was readily available and helpful in multiple ways..he certainly enhanced the enjoyment of our stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The check in process was fast and easy. The house is close to Arrowhead Village, making eating out and entertainment options easily accessible. The beds are very comfortable and A/C kept us cool in the heat of summer. The only things I would note were that we could not fit our large rental cars (Suburban and Grand Wagoneer) into the garage due to the slope of the driveway, might be a problem if traveling with 2 oversized vehicles. The exterior deck and stairwell had a few loose planks. The shaded property makes for less natural light in the living areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but spent the daytime lounging at the second home we rented.
