Stayed Aug 14, 2025My family loved our stay at Cranbrook. We gasped when we walked in an saw how much bigger it was than the pictures suggested. The jacuzzi bathtub was a big hit with all of us. I just wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy the outdoor hot tub too. We'll come back.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024There was a ongoing mechanical bang, bang, bang every3 to four minutes all night long. It was outside the master bathroom window. I have no idea what it was. It kept me up several hours nightly. We kept the bathroom door closed, but you could still hear the sound.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Cranbrook cottage proves to be a great place for our family to gather. Family members from across the country were in Hailey to celebrate the life of my aunt. Every aspect of our stay at this cottage was wonderful. It’s very well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and all other rooms as well. We had no concerns or issues and yet I know that the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Hailey, if you choose this one you will be happy! We also had business needs while we were there and the ability to have a printer and print things out was very helpful along with the office space.
