This town home is simply spectacular!!! It boasts of quality, space, efficiency, warmth and relaxation. The gas fireplace switches on, and throws out great heat.  The kitchen is large and convenient for casual or serious cooking while guests delight in gathering around the exceptionally large dining table. There are two master bedrooms with seriously comfortable beds gracing all rooms. Rooms have large closets and storage places for winter clothes or summer sports. Guests will enjoy internet and programs on new Roku smart TVs. There is not cable in this unit. A laundry room is available to guests. The owners have thought of every convenience for your year around pleasure. The garage features a ski rack and clothes hangers. You’ll not be snowed in here and miss a day of winter sports, as the location is directly across from the Navajo Lifts.

Whether your friends or family came for activities that are available year around, or to relax, this home is the perfect get away. This two story structure offers plenty of space either for gathering around the gas fireplace, the large beautiful dining table, or in the spacious loft for games or TV. The unusually large bedrooms offer 2 master suites with private bath and king size beds, while the other two bedrooms have a queen size and twin bed. A great shared bathroom offers convenience and a huge storage closet. One master suite is downstairs.


Some of the amenities include all new appliances in the large kitchen and a great laundry room. Rooms are furnished with a warm contemporary, non-cluttered appeal. Internet and Roku smart TV's offer Netflix and guests are able to use their individual subscriptions or programs to cast onto the TV's. The upstairs loft has space for children to play with toys that are provided or their own, while adults can gather around the game table. A relaxing new hot tub has been added to this property for soaking those soar muscles after a long day of riding, whether it’s winter or summer months.


In the winter, the Brian Head ski resort is just a stone's throw away, providing world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities for all levels. Guests can also snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skate, or go tubing. In the summer, the surrounding area offers hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, as well as go on an ATV tour. With close proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Cedar Breaks National Monument, this condo serves as the perfect base for exploring the natural wonders of southern Utah.     My family of 4 stayed here along with my sister’s family of 4 and we all had the most enjoyable stay during our ski trip. The townhome is well-appointed, comfortable and super conveniently located to the Navajo lifts. The age range of our kiddos is 3-10 years old and this was perfect for all. We could quickly walk to/from Navajo which made things so easy. The townhome was spacious and offered plenty of room for everyone. Our favorite part to end the day was in the hot tub, overlooking the beautiful snow-covered trees. The unit exceeded our expectations and we’ve already rebooked again for next year!

    8 of us (age 19-51) stayed to ski/snowboard at Brian Head. This unit is a short walk to Navajo ski lifts. The unit is large and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen implements. Upstairs is a large tv and sitting area. I would suggest more comfortable seating in this area. The unit would also benefit from a tankless water heater. I would certainly recommend staying here if you want to ski in Brian Head. Dawn was a pleasure to work with as she communicated very well.

    Two families stayed in this beautiful spacious home. We were able to walk across the street everyday to the lifts and enjoying sledding in the backyard. Once it got dark, we hoped in the hot tub. When we arrived, the home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and rooms to have a relaxing vacation. My family is definitely planning to return.

    Our family (2 adults + 3 kids) and 4 grand parents all stayed here and loved it. Walking distance to Navajo lift. Great living areas upstairs and down. Overall perfect for a long weekend!

    This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here. Last year while here a loved one passed away and we had to leave and head back to be with her. This year we returned to remember her and I am so thankful this home was just as beautiful as it was last year!! Definitely returning here next year.

    Great location across from Navajo lodge. New unit, spacious, all the amenities included. Only minor item we identified was the wi-fi was inconsistent. Wonderful having a 2 car garage to stay out of the weather.

    This is our second time staying at this location. It is perfect for 2 families as it has two master suites. The rooms, closets and bathrooms are all very spacious. Very close to ski resort, short walk or quick drive away makes coming home mid day for lunch very convenient. The garage held 2 full size SUVs, big plus in the snow! Also, great communication with the host. Hope to be back again next season.

    Nice, clean and well appointed home. Short walk to ski lifts. Probably as good as it gets in Brianhead.
