Stayed Dec 23, 2025The house was a perfect setting for our family Christmas. They even decorated for the holiday so beautifully which made it that much better. We enjoyed the view from all the bedrooms and decks and it was a great weekend to spend time in the backyard. My niece and nephews came over and loved the kids playroom and we were all able to pile on the large couch downstairs and watch movies. There are a lot of stairs in the house so it is not very handicap accessible. My aunt visited and just had a hip replacement so the spiral stairs were a little bit of a struggle. Also, the house was not cleaned very well which I did relay to the host. The property manager was very responsive and sent someone to clean out the dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly. Overall a fantastic stay but I’m not sure it is stocked well enough for a large group (small kitchen, small coffee pot, not enough bath towels).

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This is a great house! We had 15 people and fit comfortably. The host was always so quick to reply with answers to questions. The house is beautiful and has luxury finishes. It's very nice to have an entire floor for family fun with the pool table, the tv and large couch, and the huge play room for small children! Being on the water is so nice and we had fun fishing from the deck. It's a great place to stay for a large group and we would go back!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Our stay was great. Location, community and attraction are all around us. Kids enjoy the July 4th parade. Possibly going back again later.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Our family enjoyed a few days together at this property. We needed something with enough space to accommodate our 4 married adult children. Pros: The house is spacious and clean, nice views, and walking distance to fishing, pickleball/tennis courts, and a playground; several restaurants and a beach are within driving distance. Cons: Communication with host was at times challenging, beds are softer than our families’ preference.
